Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 Tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land with ALL lead As per MoRTH specification Clause No. 305.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering : 1: 1.5: 3 M 20 Grade nominal mix ( 1 cement, 1.5 coarse sand, 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches by sandla/loi. (only for colour changing ).

Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding:

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

roviding and erecting direction and place identifications retro reflctrorised sign as per IRC:67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 807.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting 2 mm thick supported on mild steel angle iron post 75 x 75 x 6 mm firmly fixed to ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 x 45 x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing dentification sign board of size upto 0.90 sqm

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Plastic coated Designer Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required Grey/ Yellow/ Red or any other colour and pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.60 mm thick C.C. Interlocking Paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.
