Providing and layin in position specified grade of cement concrete for RCC Structure elements upto floor three level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement ; 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering shuttering and reinforcement for Beams, suspended floors, roofs, griders having slopes up to 150 , landings, balconies , shelves ,chajjas, lintels, bands ,plain window, sills ,staircases and spiral staircases M 20 grade nominal mix ( with graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide.

Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 Mtr, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering && ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in lead of 50 mtr. All kinds of soil.

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST-IN-SITU): Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc . Complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random rubble stone masonry for foundation and plinth in cement sand mortar above 30 cm thick wall in: Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement :6 Sand )

Random Rubble stone masonry for superstructure above plinth level one storey height above 30 cm. thick walls in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 Sand )

Filling in plinth withlocally available river shingle under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete including cost of shingles sand.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work including preparation of base with primer, putty, lippy complete in all respect.

Add extra over item no 5.1 for brick work in super structure up to third storey

Providing batta (gola) 75mm x 75mm in cement concrete (1:2:4) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 as per standard design.

Providing stone slab covering over drains including filling of joints in cement sand mortar 1:3 with 35mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 mix complete with good finish with : Stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick average

S/ F of pre cast cement kerb stone / road liner as per drawing enclosed us M-15 concrete smooth finished block fixed at site with C.M. 1:3 Thickness of joint shall not be more than 5mm and 20mm thick bed of C.M. 1:6 complete in all respect with all lead and lift as per direction of Engineer incharge SIZE 400 * 450 * 150 MM

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth side of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering including lead upto 50Mtr. and lift upto 1.5Mtr.

Supply of dry manure including loading unloading, transportation & stacking at site. Fram yard manure (organic)

P&&apply after prepration of existing of existing surface including mixing proper manure etc. then apply turfing of grass lawn Australian mexcion eq. Required area to give an asthetic look up to the satisfation of engg. Incharge.

Providing & laying pre cast rubber moulded reflective dark/Light shade using ordinary cement , cement tiles of approved color & design not less then 20mm thick , jointed with need cement slury mix with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete in all respect as per specification , on 28mm thick bed of CM 1:4 dark shade using ordinary cement.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Plastic coated Designer Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required Grey/Yellow/Red or any other colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturer’s specifications & direction of Engineer -in-Charge: 80 mm thick cc paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour design & pattern
