Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. :- M20 Grade Nominal Mix (with graded stone aggregrate 20mm nominal size.).

Providing and Fabricating reinforcement for RCC work including strainghtening, cutting bending placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor three level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars (Conforming of relevent IS code).

Centering and Shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundation , footings, strap beam, raft , bases of columns etc.

Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface or granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS: 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 6 kg /10 sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures including cleaning of road surface as per MoRTH specification CIause- 502,112

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 on the prepared surface including cleaning as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 3 kg /10sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification CI.503,112

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface including cleaning as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2 kg /10sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification CI.503,112

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates as per table 510 and design mix for base/binder course including loading of material with F.E loader, heating of binder (including cost of antistripping compound wherever required) aggregate and filler in hot mix plant 40-60 TPH transporting the mixed material by tippers and laying with sensor paver finisher as per clause 507.3.5 to the required level and grade, rolling by self propelled power rollers and vibratory rollers or pneumatic tyred roller 150-250KN. TP=0.7MPa to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. [MoRTH Specification : Clause 507,112] with 4.50 % Bitumen with all lead. with CRMB - 60

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet 20 mm thick (compacted) on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course, aggregates as per Table 500-23, heating bituminous binder @ 14.6 Kg/10 Sqm. and aggregates in Hot Mix Plant (including cost of antistripping compound, wherever required), transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller 8 - 10 tonne but excluding cost of tack and seal coat with lead for mix of material 1 km. (MoRTH Specification : Clause 511,112) with all lead. In Hot Mix Plant 40-60 TPH, including loading of aggregates with F.E loader. a) with bitumen grade 80/100

Providing and applying premixed seal coat type "B" comprising of thin application of fine aggregate (0.06 Cum. per 10 Sqm) premix with 6.8 Kg. per 10 sqm bitumen binder (including cost of antistripping compound, wherever required) in mini hot mix plant 6-10 TPH and laying and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne including all lead of mix material [MORTH Specification : Clause 513] with all lead a) with bitumen grade 80/100

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound inclusive of type-1 reflectorising glass beads as per table 800.3, 800.4 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformlywith reflectorising glass beads type-2 in addition @ 250 gm/scm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MoRTH specification clause 803.4.

Supply of Retro-reflective sign boards size 1800x1200 mm made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet duly framed with 40 mm M.S. black tube (Medium Class) as per IS-1239 (Part-I) 1979 with Inner support of M.S. flat 12x3 mm whole structure is fixed with two supports each side 75 mm long and 40 mm M.S. black tube on two posts of 60 mm dia M.S. black tube (Medium class) as per 1239 (Part-I ) 1979 2.03 metre long each and also provision of hold fasts of M.S. bars 12 mm and 25 cm long two on each post. The sheet has to be stove enameled or epoxy painting one side and other side retro-reflective high intensity and black non reflective letter in non reflective sheet. The standard letters and numbrals have to be made as per IRC 30-1968 and the board shall be conformed to the MoRTH specifications clause. 801 Post and outer frame of board to be painted with black and white strips of synthetic enamel paint with black and white strips.

Supply of Cat's Eye made of aluminium alloy size 75 x 100 x 22 mm having 21 bi-convex lenses embedded in circular disk of ABS plastic on each side.
