Raised Pavment Marker ( Cats Eyes): Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @0.2 kg/sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH specification Cl. 502, 112.

Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming toIRC-79 and the drawings.

Providing & Fixing of median marker made of tough high impact resistance injection moulded thermo plastic body with an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length, height & width not less than 12cm, 10cm & 10cm respectively and thickness not less than 1.8mm. The median marker shall have flourescent yellow colour retro reflective sheeting of size not less than 8.5cm X 8.5cm and with fully reflective micro prismatic as its retro reflective elements and meet ASTM D4956-09 Type XI specification. The retro reflective sheeting shall be on both the sides of the median marker and shall be as protected with no exposed edges that prevent edge lifting, vadalism, sheeting damage etc. The median marker shall be fixed with a combination of epoxy adesive and grouting etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - In - Charge. Supply of Swiss type Bollard out of 1.25mm thick MS sheet total height 135cm the lower portion is made in tapered circular section having upper dia 15cm and lower dia 20cm with attachment of one mandatory plate 7 mm thick & fixed with the help of 7cm long 30mm dia crome plated MS tube this part is fixed on the body with another attachment of a cap 30×7 cm whole body is processed in black stoving enamel and mandatory plate in Azure blue with one compulsory keep left arrow with 10mm border reflective strip each of 7.5 cm on body complete in all respect.

Supply of retro-reflective name board size 600×900mm made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet fixed on post and frame made out or angle iron 50×50×6mm 3m long using stainless steel nut bolts of 8mm dia aluminium sheet is covered with high intensity grade Retro-reflective letters in black post duly painted in black and white synthetic enamel, complete in all respect confirming to MoRTH specifications (2001) cl. 801.
