Supply and fixing duct insulation with 50 mm thick Expanded Polystyrene Thermocol (ESP) sheet of density 24 kg/cu.m after applyingtwo coats of cold setting adhesive (CPRX Compound) and binding sheetwith chicken wire mesh and applying cement mortar plaster (1:4)including primer & painting (suitable for outdoor aplication) matchingwith building colour or as per direction of Engineer incharge as required.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Wire shouldbe made from 99.90 % purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. toIS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free for less chances ofoxidization, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5, in existingsurface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping makingconnections with Copper Lugs of suitable size, Ferrules,testing etc. asrequired.
