Construction of embankment with approved Material obtained from borrow-pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land with lead upto 1 km as per MoRTH Specification : Clause No. 305.

Providing, laying and spreading of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRTH Specification : clause No. 401. Grading-III

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate as per Table 400-10 & 400.11 to Wet Mix Macadam specifications including premixing the Material with water to OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill) as per design mix, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers, with motor grader/F.E. loader/Paver Finisher, in sub-base/base course on a well prepared under-base and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of Driversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406). with all lead & lift

Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface of granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @6 kg/10 sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the Material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH specification : Cl. 502, 112

Filling pot-holes and patch repairs with open-graded premix surfacing, 20mm thick compacted with bitumen binder VG10 @14.60 kg/10 sqm and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant, transporting the mixed Material with tipper and laying manually to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller, 8-10 tonne, removal of all failed Material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot-holes with hot bituminous Material as per Clause 511, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 including cost of tack coat and including cost of seal coat type B with lead for mix of Material 1 km. (MoRTH specification : Clause 3004.2)

Filling of pot hole and patch repairs with surface dressing consisting of a layer of bitumen binder as per table 500.2 laid on the prepared surface followed by a cover of crushed stone chipping of specified size and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne including removal of all failed Material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, and as per clause 3004.2 including cost of Material, fuel T&P etc. complete. (MoRTH specification : Clause 503 & 3004.2) Second coat with 0.10 cum crushed stone chipping 13mm nominal size and bitumen VG10 grade @ 10 kg per 10 sqm

Filling of pot holes and patch repairs with Built up Spray Grout in two layers with 53-22.4 mm size of aggregates upto 75mm depth and removal of all failed Material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot-holes with hot bituminous Material using bitumen VG10 grade as per clause 506 compacting with 8-10 tonne power roller, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 including cost of Material, fuel T&P etc. complete. (MoRTH specification : Clause 503, 506 & 3004.2)

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Raised Pavment Marker ( Cats Eyes): Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission

Supply of ‘L’ type bollard made out of 1.25mm thick MS sheet height 134cm welded in circular type ring section having upper dia 15cm and lower dia 21 cm with another attachment of 15×15 cm circular section with 15cm face plate and hold fast at bottom whole body is processed in white stoving enamel and red reflective 3 hands, each of 7.5cm end one reflective sheet of 15cm dia provided to it complete in all respect.

G.I Barbed Wire Fencing 1.2 Metre High Providing and fixing 1.2 metres high GI barbed wire fencing with 1.8 m angle iron posts 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm placed every 3 metres center to center founded in M15 grade cement concrete, 0.6 metre below ground level, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with 9 horizontal lines and 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc complete as per clause 807
