Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. (Theme, concept plan, schematic arrangement, other relevant details and drawings of element/statue/sculpture are enclosed. The final drawing shall be provided after award of the work.) Note: Payment shall be made per kg of the finished sculpture (final payment shall be paid after test result of composition-If variation in composition of alloy metal observed the rate shall be paid accordingly). Other masonry, concreting, steel reinforcement plastering etc. required shall be paid extra but additional support if required for bronze metal alloy sculpture, shall be of Stainless steel/ zinc coated iron steel etc. for which nothing shall be paid extra.)
