Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1: 6 including raking of joints etc. complete fine finish , 12 mm thick

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 305. (Lead taken upto 5 km) item no. 3.19 Chapter R3

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge plastic coated designer cement concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required Grey/yelow/Red or any other colur and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blicks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plater vibrator, gilling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required seze and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra snad in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturer's sepecifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 60 mm thick CC interlocking paver of M-30 grade with aproved colour design and pattern

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering : 1: 1.5: 3 M 20 Grade nominal mix ( 1 cement, 1.5 coarse sand, 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ).

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating, and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Removing & re-fixing of precast cement concrete interlocking paving blocks of all sizes over 50 mm thick course sand bedding (duly compacted) including filling of joints with sand complete in all respect.
