Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls of height upto 10 M. above level in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2kg of cement per sqm, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 ( 1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping size 10 mm nominal size) in panel with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chipping, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge. (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately)

Providing & fixing anodizing alumium work (Anodizing to be got done from approved Anodizer) for doors, windows, ventilators and partition with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285 anodised transparent 81 dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868 (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15), fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gas at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required inlcuding cleat angle Aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. Brass/ Stainless Steel screws, Al. Tower bolt & Al. handle & Al. Aldrop etc. all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and peneling to be paid for separately). For Fixed portion Anodised aluminum (anodised transparent 81 dyed to required shade according to IS : 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15, Anodizing to be got done from approved Anodizer)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 3 coarse sand ) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineerin-In-charge).

Providing and laying factory made Plastic Coated designer cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/ shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-incharge. 60 mm thick. General specification of blocks: 1) Shape as defined by Engineer incharge 2) Tensile splitting strength and braking load as per BS 6717:2001 3) Color: natural colour as decided by EI 4) Variation in dimension: Less than 1.6mm. 5) Variation in thickness: Less than 3.2mm 6) Abrasion: As per BS: 6717:2001

Providing and laying of dry rubble flooring complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 1303.3.

Excavation in soil with Dozer with lead upto 100m. Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m. including trimming bottom and side slopes inn accordance with requirements of lines, graded and cross sections.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures upto required grade and camber complete upto lead of 100 Mtr.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, in uniform layers on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for lead of granular material upto 20 Kms. with all lead & lift. For grading II material.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. for lead of Ballast upto 20 kms and all leads of screening, Binding Material and Water (Compacted thickness as specfified to be measured ) By Manual means

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical means with all lead & lift.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry granular bituminous surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80 -100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.
