Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) For area of each slab from 2001 to 5000 Sq.Cm

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by hydrulic pressed, laid in required Grey/Yellow/Red or any other colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturer’s specifications & direction of Engineer -in-Charge: 60 mm thick c.c. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish 20 mm thick

6 mm thick cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1:3 (1cement : 3-fine sand)

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls of height upto 10 M. above level in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2kg of cement per sqm, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 ( 1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 marble stone chipping size 10 mm nominal size) in panel with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chipping, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge. White washing with lime to give an even shade including all scaffolding: New work (three or more coats)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on New Work

Providing and fixing Square bars or other flat welded to window, ventilatiors etc.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors ,windows, ventilators and partition with extruded built up standard tubular / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS :733 and IS :1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips ,or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gap. at junctions , at top ,bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth ,rust free, straight ,mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle Aluminium snap beading for glazing /paneling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws Al. Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss, oxygen free (10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity, insulation PVC type A, flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4, in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/ casing capping including all as per pre approved by Engineer Incharge, making connections, etc. as required OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for wires, For additional technical parameters of products/ work, refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR 2 x 2.5 sq. mm. + 1x1.5 sqmm

Supply & drawing Wiring for sub mains as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked (IS:694), 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated flat twin core sheathed solid aluminium conductor with 10 SWG G.I. Support wire duly clipped including all as per preapproved by Engineer incharge, making connections, as required. OEM Must have it sown in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for wires. Providing & Fixing of ISO Certified company made BEE Star rated copper wounded double ball bearing capacitor start, aluminium body & Metallic blade ceiling fan as per PWD specification for electrical Works, conforming to IS:374-2019, & IS:1885-P-V-1981. with down rod upto 30 cm with secondary support safety cable (steel wire), cotter pin with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm pvc insulated flexible copper conductor making connection testing etc. as required. Appropriate OEM test certificate shall be submitted by contractor. All as per pre approved by Engineer incharge.
