Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density GRADING -3 as per MoRTH specification clause 404, Using Crusher Broken aggregate WBM Grading 3 By Manual means.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base (WBM/ WMM) including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 – 1.0 kg./ sqm. using mechanical means as per MoRTH specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared Granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bituminous surfaces cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using Viscosity grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80 -100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 510 Case II- By Mechanical Means Bitumen (VG-10)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 511 (B) By Mechanical Means Case - II : Type B Bitumen (VG-10)

Proiding & laying 20 mm thick premix patching with 0.27 cum of stone chipping (0.18 cum of 13.2 mm size and 0.09 cum of 11.2 mm size) mixed with 14.6 kg. of suitable VG-Grade as per 10 sqm. of road surface including heating of binder and aggregate mixing of aggregate and binder, cleaning the area of patch, pot holes cut to regular shape with vertical side, removing all loose & disintegrated material, application of tack coat Bitumen VG-10 @ 2.25 kg. per 10 sqm, laying of patching material and compacting with 8-10 tonne power road roller including cost of bitumen, aggregate, fuel, lubrication, binder, hire charges of Machinery T & P etc.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Plastic coated designer cement concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness and size/ shape made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required Grey/ Yellow/ Red or any other colour and pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sandcompacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufactur’s specification and direction of Engineer incharge 60 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Providing and Laying cement concrete Kerb Stones of different sizes in specified grade of concrete (Manufactured with fully mechanised dry cast process with forced action mixer whose arms revolve along the main axis and rotate about its own axis also, having humidity sensor for moisture control of w/c ratio in concrete mix. Manufactured with steel moulds (Milled and manufactured in CSI diamond or CSI Nitro process for accuracy) on steel base plate of min 16 mm thick; Having Vibration and pressing action both together with the help of mutiplesynchronised vibrators. Power of hydraulic station should be minimum 50KW for compaction and cured in controlled chambers having humidity control and automated air circulation system) in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) including making of joints, drainage opening wherever required. CC Grade M-20 and Kerb sizes of 1200 x 300 x 150, 1000 x 450 x 150, 1000 x 600 x 150, 600 x 300 x 150 mm.
