Scarifying, including picking up scarified Material and stacking of old serviceable Material within a lead of 1000 meter [MoRTH Specification: Clause 202 & 305.4.3]. Kankar/Gravel metal crust upto 150mm thick with power driven with scarifier with all lift and lead upto 1000m for reusable Materials.

Making up loss of Material/irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment. (Maintenance of Earthen shoulder with filling fresh soil) with average depth of 150mm. (MoRTH specification : Clause 3003)

Filling pot-holes and patch repairs with open- graded premix surfacing, 20mm thick compacted with bitumen binder VG10 @14.60 kg/10 sqm and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant, transporting the mixed Material with tipper and laying manually to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller, 8-10 tonne, removal of all failed Material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot-holes with hot bituminous Material as per Clause 511, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2 including cost of tack coat and including cost of seal coat type B with lead for mix of Material 1 km. (MoRTH specification : Clause 3004.2)

Filling pot holes and patch repair with Wet Mix Macadam specifications including premixing the Material with water to OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill) as per design mix, carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers, with motor grader/F.E. loader/Paver Finisher, in sub-base/base course on a well prepared under- base and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of Driversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406). with all lead & lift

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including making joints with without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete including painting etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineerin- charge).

Providing and fixing PVC Bump Speed Breakers size 350 mm x 250 mm x 50 mm fitted with key hooks complete with labour material and traffic diversion arrangements.

Construction of embankment with approved Material obtained from borrow-pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land with lead upto 1 km as per MoRTH Specification : Clause No. 305.

Providing, laying and spreading and compacting specified graded crushed stone in sub-base course including premixing the Material at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug mill), carriage of mixed Material, laying in uniform layers with Motor Grader, F.E. Loader, on a prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory Compactor to achieve the desired density including all Material, labour, machinery, lighting barricading and maintenance of Driversion complete. (MoRTH specification clause 401). with all lead & lift

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400-12 & 400-13 and MoRTH Specification Clause 406. Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface of granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer‟s specifications @6 kg/10 sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the Material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH specification : Cl. 502, 112

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion as per IS:8887 & manufacturer‟s specifications @0.2 kg/sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the Material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures (including cleaning of road surface) as per MoRTH specification Cl. 502, 112.

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates (as per table 500-9, 500-10 and design mix) for base/binder course including loading of Material with F.E. loader, heating of binder (including cost of anti stripping compound, wherever required) aggregates and filler in hot mix plant (40-60 TPH), transporting the mixed Material by tippers and laying with paver finisher as per clause 504.3.5 to the required level and grade, rolling by self propelled power rollers and vibratory rollers or pneumatic tyred roller, 150-250 KN. TP=0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) but excluding primer/tack coat. (MoRTH specification : clause 505, 112). with all lead & lift 50-75mm compacted thickness with bitumen content as per job mix desgin VG30 grade mixed Material with all lead & lift

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete as per Design Mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregates as per Table 500-17, for wearing course including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader and hot mixing of binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) and 2% filler with aggregates in Hot Mix Plant 40-60 TPH, transporting the mixed Material with tipper to paver and laying with paver finisher (as per clause 504-3.5) to the required level, grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150-250 kN, TP = 0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department as per job mix) excluding cost of primer/tack coat. (MoRTH specification : clause 507). 30-45mm compacted with binder content as per job mix with all lift & lead With straight run bitumen grade VG30
