Extra for watering the earth to bring the earth up to required O.M.C excluding rolling

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I. not more than 6 including spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery including T&P with all lead (Compacted thickness to be measured).as per MoRTH specification table 400-1, 400-2, For Grading I Material

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 Tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land with ALL lead As per MoRTH specification Clause No. 305.with lead of 300 km.

Supply and carriage of Bajri form approved quarry including loading, unloding etc with lead of 40 km

Laying of lawns including ploughing leveling breaking of clods manuring and removal of stones etc. (cost of manure or extra good earth to be paid separately )maintenance of lawn foe 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawns free from weeds and fit for moving in the duration of planting if lawn die some where the contractor will replant it at his own cost In rows 15 cm apart in either direction

Maintenance of lawns with fine grassing for the first year including watering etc. 100 sqm

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes (IS 15778 : 2007 code) having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1 metre spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (Internal work Exposed on wall)

Tube well- Construction of Tube well upto 100 meter depth and above in all type of rocks by DTH system and over burden, to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soils and over burden including lowering of casing pipes, but excluding cost of casing pipes as per IS : after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have a throughout bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe.200 mm Nominal Bore.

Development of tube well as per ISI specification using suitable compressor to give free water for required yield of the gravel packed tube well.

Supply of ERW M.S. black casing pipe ISI marked (IS:4270/1992) of grade Fe410 of following sizes at site of work. 250 mm Nominal bore

Testing verticality of tube well by plumbing system and yield test and draw test by pumping system as per IS : 2800 (Part II) 1979.

S & F tube well cover of M.S.sheet (6mm thick) with nuts and bolts complete for casing size:250 mm dia

Structural steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting ( height upto 10 m), fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm thick over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing compl ete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)For area of each slab from 901 to 2000 Sq.Cm :

S & F M.S. Clamp, set of 50 X6 mm flat iron with nuts and bolts etc. for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.

SITC of Radial / mixed flow ISI marked water and anti-corrosive liquid filled submersible motor pump sets suitable for 100/150mm dia borewell. The size of adopter fixed on top of the motor should exceed the top of coupler , for safegaurd the coupler. The construction material of motor and pump should match IS: 8034 : 2018 and IS: 9283 guideline. The radial flow pumpset should operate at 5 star energy efficiency level of BEE and mixed flow pump set should operate at 3 star energy level of BEE, accompained by valid BEE certificate. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011 with required accessories including making connection suitable for Bore well. The job includes labour part of lowering of riser pipe G.I./ H.D.P.E. with rope, cables & pump, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to Starter. All labour for testing of submersible pumps set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test certificate before execution. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. P/Laying ISI marked P.V.C. insulated submersible cable confirming to(IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.90 % purity copper, stranding in acc. to IS:8130/IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free for less chances of oxidization, insulation PVC type A/C/D , flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per IS:3961 part 5, existing pipe / open trench / Cable tray / on surface including making connection etc. as required. SITC of Contactor OEM Fabricated DOL/Star-Delta Starter panel with switchgear selection as per Type-2 Cordinatiom Chart and made out from 1.6 mm thick powder coated CRCA sheet, enclosure comprising of over load protection relay, short circuit & single phasing protection, Illuminated ON / OFF push buttons, ammeter, voltmeter, indicating lamps etc. suitable for following rating motors complete in all respect. PART-B (Electric Work) Based on BSR PWD 2022, Jaipur Circle

Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Un-Arrmoured Aluminium cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with H4- Grade electrolytic aluminium conductor confirming to IS 8130 of purity 99.6 %, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray (with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size. OEM must have it's own in house NABL accrediated Laboratory for testing procedure as per IS:10810.
