Extra for watering the earth to bring the earth up to required O.M.C excluding rolling

Extra for rolling to specification with the use of Vibratory roller when earth is at suitable moisture content with desired field density not less than 100% of maximum dry density (Modified Heavy Proctor test).excluding watering.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 Tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land with 5km lead As per MoRTH specification Clause No. 305.

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I. not more than 6 including spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery including T&P with all lead (Compacted thickness to be measured).as per MoRTH specification table 400-1, 400-2, For Grading I Material

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Brick masonry with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth with bricks Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick .

Painting exterior surface of Wall with 100% acrylic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats including prepartion of base with sand papering, primer, putty, etc complete in all respect including scaffolding and safety provision New Work

Providing and laying of paver block as per IS 15658 : 2006 (Indian standard for precast concrete block for paving- specification) and IRC : SP:63-2004 (guidelines for the use of interlocking concrete block pavement) M-30, 60 mm thick to be used in non traffic areas like building premises, monument premises, land scapes, public gardens/ park, domestic drives, paths and patios, Embankment slopes, sand stabilization Area etc.( As per table 1 of IS 15658:2006 Category A Denated units to key into each other on four faces zigzag shape as per IRC SP 63:2004

Providing & Fixing of Recessed/surface mounting heavy duty horizontal type Double Door ( Metal / Glazed )Distribution board with Metal end box made out from Galvanized steel / CRCA sheet not less then 1.2 mm thick  conforming to IS-8623-1 & 3 /  IEC 61439- 1 & 3, powder painted complete with reversible door (for double door DB only )100 amp.  insulated copper bus bar/shorting link , copper neutral link, copper earth link , color coded interconnecting wire set  of suitable rating and din bar,masking sheet,  making internal DB  terminations with copper lugs, Ferrules,  detachable gland plate, including making connections, testing etc. as required. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test reports & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Providing & Fixing of 240/415 V AC MCB with positive isolation of 10 kA breaking capacity (B/ C/D tripping characteristic as per type of load and site requirement) 4 KV impulse withstand voltage, ISI marked IS 8828(1996) / conforming to IEC 60898-1 2002, IEC 60947-2, low watt losses, trip free mechanisum , energy limiting of class 3 as per IEC, minimum phase termination capacity of 35sq.mm. , conductor line load reversibility , IP 20 contact protection and fitted in existing distribution board/sheets, minimum electrical operation 20,000 upto 20 A rating and 10,000 upto 63 A, 5000 for 80 A & above rating including making connections, testing etc. as required. Providing & Laying P.V.C. / XLPE insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Un-armoured Copper cable confirming to IS:1554 P-I / IS :7098 P - I of 1.1 KV with electrolytic grade Copper made of copper rods confirming to IS 613-1964, of purity 99.7 %, Inner / outer sheath confirming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe/ open duct/cable trench / Cable tray (with cable tie) including testing etc. as required of following size. OEM must have it's own in house NABL accrediated Laboratory for testing procedure as per IS:10810 For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure 'A' attached with this BSR

Supplying and making one end termination with Nickel plated heavy duty brass single compression gland (as per IS 12943-1990)) SIBG type consisting of Check Nut, Gland Body, Metal Washer(3 Nos.), Outer Seal Rubber Ring, Compression Nut, heavy duty Copper lugs (IS 8337- 1976) duly crimped with crimping tool, PVC tape for following size of PVC insulated & PVC sheathed/ XLPE copper conductor cable of 1100 volt grade as required.All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supply & Laying following size earth wire in horizontal or vertical run in ground/surface/recess including riveting, soldering, saddles, making connection with GI/Cu purity purity 95% thimble etc. as required. 8 SWG tinned copper Wire

Supply and erection of Mild steel Swaged tubular pole conforming to IS: 2713-1980 (part I to II) with base plate, The pole shall be made from steel tube & Pipe (IS:1141, Fe 410) including excavation of the pit and filling the same with C.C. of M-20 grade (1:1.5:3) from base plate to 50 cm above ground level, with the help of steel frame not less than 40 cm dia up to 114.3mm outer dia and 50 cm beyond 114.3mm outer dia around the pole. Duly finished with cement plaster, earthing terminals, cable entry with 32 mm dia. 'B' class GI cable sleeves. After eraction pole shall be painted with two coat of red oxide primer and two quote of enamel paint of silver colour as per the direction of Engineer incharge complete as required of following height & designation. 12 Mtr. ( 410 SP - 60 )

Add for supply and fixing of Pole OEM fabricated Mild steel Overhang of following size over the existing poles, Overhang shall be painted with two coat of red oxide primer and two quote of enamel paint of silver colour as per the direction of Engineer incharge. Providing and fixing of IP 65 protected Polycarbonate / Polysterene fuse box moulded with inside knock outs of following size with hinged cover, transparent window, PU gasket, locking arrangement, duly holded with 2 nos. pole clamps of 20 mm x 3 mm flat with nut and bolts, The box shall be provided with Din rail, 4 / 8 way 10.0 / 16.0 sq.mm heavy duty connector, earth terminal, complete in all respect.
