Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. (i) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : (i) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with water proof ply 12mm thick.

Providing and placing high strength, non shrink pre-packed free flow micro concrete having compressive strength of 60 MPa at 28 days (compresssive strength of one day should not be less than 25 MPa) as per specifications and replaced 20% by weight with well graded cleaned crushed aggregate 10mm down size. The micro concrete mix shall be prepared by mixing non shrink pre-packed free flow micro concrete powder and 10mm down size stone aggregate by weight for repairing damaged area of structural elements excluding reinforcement and centring&shuttering, but inclusive of all labour, materials, equipment etc. complete as per specifications and instruciton of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound in superstructure after drilling holes at an interval not more than the thickness of concrete at the location for grouting including application of surface seal material in between nipples and subsequent cutting/removal of nipple and sealing of the hole as necessary after completion of grouting complete as per drawings and Section 2803 of Technical Specifications

Sealing of cracks/porous concrete with cement grout by injection process through nipples complete as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Proving of an RCC crash barrier in M-30 grade concrete including reinforcrment,GI pipe as per drawing of 75mm dia. And its fixing with 20mm thick steel plate,form worketc complete as per technical specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and painting with approved quality two or more coats of anticarbonation paint, single component, flexible, elastomeric coating based on acrylic co-polymer coating and compatible primer coat as per manufacturer’s specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge over un-plastered concrete surface of piers and superstructures after cleaning and removing dirt, dust, oil, grease, efflorescence to obtain an even surface and applying paint @0.44 kg per sqm and primer @ 0.22 kg per sqm, total dry film thickness (DFT) of the coating shall not be less than 150 microns including all scaffolding, testing of materials etc necessary tools, plants, machinery with all leads, lifts and depths and all related operations as required to complete the work as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer- in-Charge. Note:- The work shall be carried out only through approved applicator of manufacturer. The manufacturer/ applicator shall provide a guarantee of satisfactory performance of anti carbonation coating for 5 years through contractor.
