Providing and laying not less than 10mm thick FSC certified laminated wooden flooring of size 192mmx1200mm approx. The planks shall be provided with tongue & groove required for locking. The flooring to be layed with 3mm underlay foam and 60 microns LDF film placed over it as moisture barrier to proper level with necessary edge profile & reducer strip where ever necessary complete as per manufacturers instructions. Providing and laying Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 75mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate.

Providing and fixing Pantry counter made out of 18mm ply of size 10'(L)x2.5'(H)x2'(D), with under counter storage covered with openable shutter and 4 nos drawers of 6" height and 2' depth not exceeding 18" width. Top finished with Granite of not less than 16mm thick fixed with chemical adhesive mirror polished with diamond polish on edges chamfering of 5mmx5mm, silicon sealing of all edges. Cost to include 1mm laminate on outside and 0.8mm liner laminate inside all wooden counter along with edge band of matching shade, Also include necessary hardware like handle, hinges, telescopic channels with soft close mechanism. Providing and fixing Granite stone slab mirror polished and machine edge cut in pantry Counters, Floors etc. laid on 20mm thick kota stone/wooden pantry top with means of approved chemical adhesive including base preparation on Kota stone/Wood and silicon sealing of edges. Granite of approved shade and specification not less than 16mm thick of base rate up to Rs. 200/sqft.

Providing and applying of acrylic emulsion paint finish to walls, blocked partitions, and plasterboard ceiling surfaces of approved shade, texture. Existing wall and ceiling surfaces to be prepared by scraping away any loose particles, dust, etc by washing and scrubbing and 1 coat of primer approved by manufacturer applied. The wall surfaces are then smoothened using putty approved by the manufacturers. Surfaces are then sandpapered to achieve a smooth finish and two or more coats of paint are applied as per manufacturer's specification.

Providing and applying Painting (two or more coats) on door and windows with synthetic enamel/Enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture and required colour over a priming coat of approved steel primer on new work. Colour to be taken approval from engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @0.253 kg//sqm .This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The rates includes preparation of surface treatment & sealing of all joints ,corners, junction with polymer mixed slurry.

Making khurras 45*45 cm with minimum 5cm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 over PVC sheet,finised with 12 mm cement plaster1:3 and a floating coat of cement.
