Removal/Clean Ornamental Stone with Diamond/Surgical tool Kits of the original surface of stone carving & traditinol Mewar work of Biradari including Todies ,lamcha ,etc by careful removal of upper coating of lime Khara /whitewash/paint/distemper/plaster, araish etc. without any harm to the original hidden art work, conservation of the traditinol & strengthen the original art work with the preservative coating and making it water proof as per direction of the Conservation.

Khamira Colour Washing as per old traditional practice to prepare the Khamira the lime should be slaked at least for 7-10 days and regularly it should be stirred by adding cured, Gugal, for nonsynthetic colour adding gum (babool gum) as per specification. Then applying prepared solution on walls three to four thin coats as desired finishing.

Stucco work in lime, Surkhi, mortar (1:2) as per existing design work/ traditional practices by skilled craftsman, the stucco work should be done as per restoration nature, the mortar should be prepared by grinding mill adding gur, methi & gugal.. The thickness varies from 50 mm to 100mm as per the design (minimum rectangular surface area to be measured).

Making Mehrab's, Arches, pillars, highly decorative creepers, flower of small sizes etc.in lime Surkhi plaster (1:2) as per B248old traditional practices (Arches, Mehrab's) in three coats for base course and subsequent course and Loi tamping, beating till the shrinkage cracks are disappear than making ornamental flowering/design etc. The work is to done with all leads and lifts as per work of restoration nature as per Jaipur practice.

Chemical treatment of sand stone to clean from yellowness, blackness, algal growth, dust, dirt oily accretions, lime & gypsum deposits, filling of cracks/ joining of gaps/ pointing, strengthening of weak stone, removal of salt effect and application of preservative coating to prevent algal growth and make the stone water proof.

Providing and fixing Dholpur Beige Sand stone Jali Post in sand-blast finish, Size Length 150mm Width 150mm Height 1100mm Solid stone Jali Post, design and shapes as per Drawing, stone shall be selected and sorted from uniform color without cracks , Chipping, desing , shape and carving as provided in DPR including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade, post to be fixed on base stone of size 250x250x250mm and pit size shall be upto 710x710x500 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

All joinery/ joineries including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade as specified by conservation architect and as approved by engineer incharge, all work shall be done as per specifications and satisfaction of authority inclusive of all transportation, loading, unloading and fixing complete in all respect.

Dustbin : Supplying & fixing fine dressed "STONE-STEEL Composite DUSTBIN" made in dholpur red sand stone as base (1005x500mm) and side supports (1200x708) as shown in design in DPR, stone finish shall be sand blasted finish including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade. Steel pipe 100x25mm shall be fixed with nuts bolts and plates in center of base. To side stone support and iron pipe, two Steel Buckets as Dry and Wet garbage respectively shall be pivoted so as to make it rotatable to clean, with size of steel bucket dustbin as 0.50X0.50X1.0 mtr. with chamfer moulding on stone edges and steel color as specified by engineer incharge including all hardware and tools required to finish the job, complete work as per approved by Engineer incharge, complete in all respect.

Signage map : Providing and fixing Dholpur beige sand stone post of size 2000x800x200mm with base of size upto 1200x800 and depth as required to fix at floor at various ghats listed in DPR, finish of stone shall be in leather finish including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment, matching the stone shade. A U-shape groove 12x12mm shall be created on 200mm side's stone facia. Above the stone surface High Intensity retro reflective Type XI sign plate to be fixed, size upto (1.7mtrX1.7mtr) made out of 2.00 mm thick aluminium sheet face to be fully covered with brown high intensity grade retro reflective sheet with logo, lettering, border made with white similar sheet after etching, the black side is to be painted with epoxy grey paint. The sheet is to be fixed on frame of iron/aluminium with help of iron/aluminium rivets. The sheet shall be folded at sides neatly to cover the gap created between stone and sheet because of frame, frame should not be visible from sides. Stone joinery and foundation shall be as per specified by conservation architect. The shape of signage map shall be as per design and specification specified in DPR by architect and Engineer incharge. The design shall be approved by the authority including all transportation, loading, unloading and fixing complete in all respect in supervision of engineer incharge.
