Providing and fixing 1st quality standard white, grey, ivory,fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shadesceramic glazed vitrified tiles with water absortion less than orequal to 0.08% confirming to IS:13753 & IS : 15622 on walls, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished withflush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment tomatch the shade of the tile complete (excluding the cost ofcement plaster on walls and pillar).7.20.1 Size 600mm x 1200mm

Add extra for Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles withcement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive(Water based) conforming to IS: 15477 , using 5kg. adhesiveper sqm of tile area, in average 3mm thickness instead ofcement mortar.

Providing and fixing 1st quality MAT & GLOSSY finished ceramic tile confirming to IS : 13755 and IS : 15622 colour such as white, grey, ivory, fume red brown, light green, light blue and other light shades in floors, steps, pillars etc. laid on a bed of neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in the white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile complete (including the cost of cement mortar bed 1:4), Size 600mm x 600mm

Extra for providing edge moulding to 15-18mm thick marble/ Granite/Kota stone counters, Vanities etc. including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge. Full Edge moulding

Extra for providing opening of required size & shape for wash basins/ kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counters and similar location in marble/Granite/stone work including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :25 mm thick. 20mm thick .

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sandpapering and preparing the surface smooth including necessaryrepairs to scratches by sandla/loi. (only for colour changing ).

Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete New Plastered Surface (three or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect.

Providing and applying superior quality emulsion for wallpainting with Velvet touch/Royal paint etc of approved brandand manufacture to give an even shade with putty andpreparation of surface applying with the help of paint roller the work complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-incharge.12.64.1 New Work Three or More coat

Providing and applying Melamine polish on teak wood work of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats by compressor including sand papering, wood filler coat etc complete in all respect:New Surface

Providing and fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged ecofriendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles ofapproved texture as per direction of Engineer-in-charge of size 595 X 595 mm in true horizontal level suspended oninter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized teelsections (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm) consisting ofmain „T‟ runner suitably spaced at joints to get equiredlength and size of 24X38mm made from 0.33 mm thick(minimum) sheet, 1200mm centre to centre, and cross „T‟ ofsize 24X32mm made out of 0.33mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main „T‟ at 600mm centre tocentre to form a grid of 1200X600mm and secondary cross‟T‟ of length 600mm and size 24X32mm made out of 0.33mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200X600mm panel to form grid of size 600X600mm resting on periphery alls/partitions on a perimeter wall angle precoatedsteel of size (24X24X3000mm made of 0.40mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centreto centre with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm intervaland laying 15mm thick densified edged calcium silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including cutting/making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fitting, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required, Main „T‟ runners to be suspended from ceiling using 50 mm long M 6 dash fasteners, 6mm G.I. fully threaded rods with galvnised steel L cleat level adjusters of size 80x25x2mm, spaced at 1200mm centre to centre long main „T‟ bottom exposed with 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs)having area less than 0.30 Sqm. The calcium silicate ceiling tiles shall have NRC.

Extra for Mirror polishing on terrazzo/Kota stone work where ever required to give high gloss finish complete.

Supplying and fixing Rollor Blinds of good quality and approved make made out of Imported fabric including Roller Mechanism and lock with chain system with all necessary hooks etc. complete as per direction and sample approved by engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying POP Cornice of required design & pattern in ceiling including nailing & scafollding etc. complete with fine finishing of size:25mm x 25 mm

Providing & Laying POP Cornice of required design & pattern in ceiling including nailing & scafollding etc. complete with fine finishing of size: 75mm x 75mm

Supplying and applying bituminous solution primer on roofs or on wall surface at 0.24 litre per sqm.
