Demolishing lime concrete and disposal of material within 50 meter lead.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.consisting of following operations. (a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 100mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand ) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs.(c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645.

(d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making of 300x300xmm square (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge.With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1 : 4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :

20 mm thick

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound including two coats of hot blown bitument (2 Kg. per Sqm) complete as per specification with glass strip 3 mm thick at a distance of 1 m. interval. 75 mm thick. Deduct for not applying 2 coats of hot bitumen complete as per specifications.

Centering & shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping, bracing bothways with wooden members and removal of formwork for superstructure upto 4.5 m height above plinth, for :

Columns, pillars, posts and struts etc.

Providing and laying cement conrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc. up to floor three level excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.

1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing 30 to 40 mm thick stone chajjas in cement sand mortar 1 : 4 including making gola at junction with wall in cement concrete M-15 grade (1 : 2 : 4 nominal mix), drip course :

Pointing both faces in CM 1 : 3 with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade.

Making holes in stone masonry wall upto 450 mm x 450 mm size and making good in CM 1 : 6.

Providing and fixing rigid PVC Pipe (IS : 4985 mark) Class II (4 Kg./Cm2) approved quality / make including jointing the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and lubricant.
