Construction of un-reinforced, without dowel bars, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per specification, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 37.5 mm, to achieve gradation for PQC as per Morth and other relevant specifications, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design to achieve 28 days flexural strength of concrete more than 3.8 MPa (M-30 Grade), transported to site, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion joints near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for minimum 14-days, using curing compound (if required) or water with spreading and removing of sand or gunny bags as required to keep the surface continuously wet, finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Specification including vaccum dewatering process (if required) with all required equipments complete as per IRC: SP-62 (Latest revision)

Providing ,laying, & fixigin positionRCC spun or hume pipe ISI marked with proper jointingin required slope packed in the gasket of hume or spun yarn and neatly finished with rich grout of cement mortar 1:3 or having flexible rubber ring joint made with perfactly air and water tight incluiding testing of joints as per morth specification: clause 1000 &2900 NP-3 300 mm dia

Providing and fixing in position mild steel dowel bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of required Dia and length as per design at required spacing with PVC Sleeves and cap as per IRC:58 or IRC: SP-62 specifications wherever directed including handling, straightening, necessary cutting supported by HYSD chairs with proper alignment by using properly designed assembly of Bulkheads lubricating half length with bituminous paint as directed etc. complete as per MoRTH specifications. (Actual Weight of Steel bars used be measured and paid)

Add extra for using 25 mm thick bitumen impregnated fibre board at Expansion joints in line and grade as per specifications. (Actual area of board used be measured and paid)

Providing and fixing in position HYSD tie bars precoated with anticorrosive epoxy paint of required dia. and length as per design at required spacing as per IRC:58 or IRC: SP-62 specifications wherever directed including handling, straightening wrapping with paper of approved quality for half length, necessary cutting, handling, straightening, supported by assembly of HYSD chairs with proper alignment etc. complete as per MoRTH specifications. (Actual Weight of Steel bars used be measured and paid)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge ISI approved Cement Concrete paver blocks of Category "B" (dentated only two sides like I, Z or T shape) made by table vibratory method or automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required colour and pattern over 25-50 mm thick compacted bed of Coarse sand of required gradation as per specifications, compacting and proper embedding/ laying with vibratory compaction using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand etc. as per manufacturer's specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Extra if square,rectangular hollow tubelar sections are used or grill made by flats only

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non Modular) bricks of class designation 10 in foundation and plinth with Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand)

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick

Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm ).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Construction of septic Tank in all types of soil with 345 mm thick brick masonry in CM 1:6, 15 Cm thick C.C bed of 1:5:10, M-15 grade C.C flooring & over stone slab covering ,80 mm thick slab ,jointing of slab in CM 1:3. Ralthal, Kharanja, 50 mm thick stone partition walls, 20 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 finished with neat floating cement, 4 Nos C.I foot rests of approved design, two No. 450 mm dia each cement concrete cover with frame, earth work etc. complete as per approved drawing including disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 50 mtr:- Size 400 x140x150 cm.(for 50 users)

Construction of soakage well in all type of soil with 345 mm thick dry masonry, top and bottom 300 mm course in CM 1:6, 80mm thick stone slab, jointing of slab in CM 1 : 3, Ralthal, Kharanja, 40 mm thick M-15 grade C.C flooring, earthwork complete as per approved drawing including disposal of earth within a lead of 50 mtr.:Size 300 Cm. dia outside & 300 Cm. depth .

Earth work in excavation including stacking/disposal of surplus earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification Clause 301 to 305). In ordInary soil mechanically by power shovel including mechanical loading and carriage upto 1 km by tipper/dumper

Earth work in embankement construction, side slopes etc. from already excavated earth in stockpiles including breaking of clods and dressing with all lead and lift but excluding watering and rolling by mechanical means using motor grader etc.

Carriage of Earth, sand, gravel, unscreened kankar, lime, flyash, morrum, manure or sludge including loading, unloading and cost of stacking for 10 KM lead

Extra for watering the earth to bring the earth upto required O.M.C excluding rolling

Compensation for earth, taken from private land with all lead and lift (land to be arranged by private negotiations by the contractor (morth specification :clause 301 to 305)

Extra for rolling to specification with the use of vibratory roller when earth is at suitable moisture content with desired density excluding watering. Field density not less than 95% of maximum dry density (Modified Heavy Proctor test)
