Providing and fixing wall panelling using soft wood frame of size 50x25mm @600 mm c/c in both directions duly treated with anti-termite treatment making grooves painting of grooves specification and drawing using:12 mm thick one side laminated board Practical board (Phenol bonded)

Providing and fixing 50 mm thick resin bounded glass wool 32 kg/cum density wrapped in julities cloth bag (box type) and held in position using chicken mesh

38 mm thick parquet (Wood block) flooring of first class teak wood laid over 25 mm thick levelling layer of cement concrete 1:2:4 (to be paid separately) coated with in a thin layer of hot bitumen (blown type) @ 2.45 Kg. per Sqm. including fixing blocks in position after dipping in hot bitumen (blown type) upto half depth, planned, leveled smooth and finished complete.

Providing and fixing 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum board conforming to IS 2095- Part I at all height false ceiling including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections power pressed from M.S. sheet and galvanised in accordance with zinc coating of grade 350 as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 22mm and 37mm at 1200mm centre to centre one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm diax40mm long with 6mm dia bolts to the angle hangers of 25x25x0.55mm of required length, and other end of angle hanger being fixed with nut and bolts to G.I. channels 45x15x0.9mm running at the rate of 1200mm centre to centre to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26mm each having clips of 10.5mm at 450mm centre to centre shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64mm diax230mm long G.I. wire at every junction including fixing the gypsum board with ceiling section and perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre with 25mm long drive-all screws @ 230mm interval including jointing and fixing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended filler, jointing tapes, finisher and two coats of primer suitable for board as per manufactures specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed all complete as per drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting.

Providing & fixing door, window, chowkhats and other frames, including antitermite treatment, M.S. flat, hold fasts of size 250 x 40 x 3mm fixed with M.S. bolt 5mm dia 50mm long duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade :Ghana teak wood Grade - I.

Providing and applying Melamine polish on teak wood work of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade with two or more coats by compressor including sand papering, wood filler coat etc complete in all respect: New Surface

Providing and laying of skirting 89 mm wide having both side laminations with moulding in upper side with matching of floor fixing with nails and screws & fevicol complete in all respect as per direction of EI.

Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengthening with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps :-

Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried.

Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars.

Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush.

Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day.

Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete.

Cure the plastered surface for 15 days, All work including scaffolding etc. complete in all respect.

Providing & laying broken glazed titles on roof ( broken glazed tiles not less than 9 Kg/Sqm) on top of hot bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/Sqm. (1.40 Kg of VG-40 (30/40 )grade and 0.30 Kg/Sqm. Of VG-10 (80/100) grade) and joints filled with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement:2 marble dust mixed with water proofing compund all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing external grade board solid core single leaf flush door shutters ISI 2202-67 marked using Phenol formal, dehydreresin in glue both sides fixed with 1.0 mm decorative lamination sheet shade asapproved by Engineer Incharge and beading of 35 x 10 on all exposed four side with approved stainless steel fittings 1 nos tower bolt rear side ,D handle of approved quality, lock etc as approved by Engineer Incharge with complete 37 mm thick as per the specification and direction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and making almirah shutters ,made of 25 mm thick water proof ply of approved ISI make and laminated with 1mm thick laminated sheet on both sides (Decorative plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede/Texured on both side shade and design as approved by engineer incharge by means of adhesive, nails, screws rawl plugs etc ,edges of all these members are restored by fixing of teak wood edge beading 27 x 10 mmwith the help of nails,adhesive etc complete and required stainless steel fittings such as hinges ,handles,Lock, magnet, chain, tower bolt etc for all sizes as per drawing and the direction of Engineer -in- charge (Area of ply will be measured horizontal & vertical for payment)

Providing and making dias furniture(Racks & vertical supports of dias table) by jointing ,made of 25mm thick Block board of approved make confirming to concern IS codes and laminated with 1mm thick laminated sheet on both sides matching with wall panelling shade and design by means of adhesive, nails, screws rawl plugs etc ,edges of all these members are restored by fixing of plain/moulded teak wood 27x10 mm beading with the help of nails,adhesive etc complete with melamine polish for all sizes as per drawing and the direction of Engineer -in- charge (one side exposed Area of block board will be measured horizontal & vertical for payment)

Providing and fixing dias furniture(Top of dias table)on rack /support(paid saperately) ,made of 35mm thick Block board of approved ISI make confirming to concern IS codes and laminated with 1mm thick laminated sheet on both sides matching with wall panelling shade and design by means of adhesive, nails, screws rawl plugs etc ,all the edges of table top are restored by fixing of moulded teak wood 37x25 mm beading with the help of nails,adhesive etc complete with melamine polish for all sizes as per drawing and the direction of Engineer -in- charge (Top plan area of block board will be measured for payment)

Providing and fixing glazing in wooden frame/support with edge polish & moulding of corners etc. complete as per the enclosed drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge (Cost. of wooden frame/support will be paid saperately.)with glass panes of 8.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 25.0 Kg/Sqm) as per IS : 2835

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors ,windows, ventilators and partition with extruded built up standard tubular / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS :733 and IS :1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips ,or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gap. at junctions , at top ,bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth ,rust free, straight ,mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle Aluminium snap beading for glazing /paneling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws Al. Tower bolt & Al. handle & Al. Aldrop etc.,all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer- in – charge .(Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately).

For shutters builtup standard tubular sections of openable doors ,windows & ventilators including providing & fixing hinges / rollers etc. and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever Polyester Powder coating aluminum ( minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) required (lockes shall be paid for separately).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window ,ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVS / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge.(Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.)With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness ( weight not less than 13.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing Roller Blind of non woven cloth Essence collection (Lush/Slope Blackout) in double contrast color which can provide transparency and blackout as required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete

Providing and fixing fully panelled/partly panelled/ double leaf shutter frames for doors as per approved design and drawings with approved ordinary C.P./ oxidised steel fittings as per Annexure - 'A' and width of styles & top rails of 100mm and lock rails width of 150mm and bottom rails of 200mm width including teak wood beading of size 19mm x 12mm on both faces complete :Ghana wood grade I

Providing and fixing panelled double leaf shutters for doors, with width of styles and top rails of 125 mm, lock rail 150 mm width and bottom rail 200 mm & 4 Nos intermediate rail of 100 mm including ISI marked SS hinges, teak wood beading of size 19 x 12 mm on both faces including panelling and fittings.( Fittings shall be paid separately ) Ghana teak wood grafe I with wood grade I panel 45 mm thick as per the specifications enclosed and direction of Engineer Incharge complete.
