For similar works, the bidder should have completed works with specific values and percentages of the estimated bid value, including: - 40% of the estimated bid value for three works - 50% of the estimated bid value for two works - 80% of the estimated bid value for one work The bidder needs to provide a certificate from a Chartered Accountant to support the information on the total value of work performed in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder must provide information on existing commitments and ongoing works, including the value of works remaining to be completed and anticipated date of completion. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the bidder's maximum value of construction works executed in anyone year during the last five years, and their existing commitments and on-going works, and should be more than the total bid value.
