Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound with material conforming to Clause 803.4 of MoRTH having Titanium Dioxide (for white) minimum 10% by weight and softening point 102.5 ±9.5°C, inclusive of type-1 reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-9, 800-10 applied in uniform thickness with reflectorising glass beads type-2 in addition @ 250 gm/sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MoRTH specification clause 803.4. Thickness is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.'Lane, Centreline, Edge line, pedestrian crossings, markings and other marking along strips for 2.5 mm thickness of marking (thickness excluding drop on glass beads)

Retro-reflectorised Traffic Signs with GI pipe support Providing and Fixing of Retro Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory, Regulatory and Information sign boards made out of retro reflective sheeting of micro prismatic grade conforming to IRC-67: 2012 & TypeXI standards of ASTM D4956-09 specifications, fixed over 2 mm thick Al / 4mm thick ACP sheet supported with Back support frame of 25x25x3mm mild steel angle as approved , supported on a GI Pipe (Medium class) 75mm dia - 3 mtr height, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M20 grade cement concrete 45 cm X 45 cm X 60 cm , 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. 10 years Warranty for Retro Reflective Sheeting from the original sheeting manufacturer & a certified copy of three years outdoor exposure report from an independent test lab for the product offered shall be submitted by the contractor. (This shall be used only for N.H, S.H & M.S.H Roads).
