BOQ Items
(K) Electrical Units: Design, supply and installation complete in all respect - Source of Power preferably from existing nearby power supply point equipped with 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire power supply to meet up the WWTP requirement by establishment of electrical system to cater needs of various process units and other requirements. Following electrical & Instrumentation equipment are envisaged ,– LV Switchboards, Starters, Solar Panels, Cables, Cable Trays, Lighting, Earthing, PLC, Effulent Quality Monitoring Instruments (OCEMS) at Outlet as per CPCB / SPCB norms etc. Sludge Valves and Pumps shall be automated with micro PLC and shall have 10 DI, 3 DO and 5 nos. of AI and programmed in manufacture’s Workshop.
(L) Solar Power System: Design, Supply, Fabrication, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Solar Power Unit, MNRE approved of required capacity including all electrical, peripheral and mounting accessories etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer.
(M) Camouflaging with Fiber Sheets: The camouflaging of the MS (Mild Steel) sheet unit involving the concealment of this unit (pre-fab units) with specialized camouflaging sheets as per the project-specific requirements. The process includes precise installation of the camouflaging sheets, and maintenance to ensure the longevity of the camouflaging with safety and environmental regulations.
(N) Pavement across the WWTP Campus for access with M30 interlocking tiles minimum width 1000 mm width.
(O) Operation & Maintenance: Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) with specific tasks:
Backwashing: Regular backwashing of filtration systems to remove accumulated solids and maintain their efficiency.
Media Replacement (Bio Reactor and Reed Bed): Scheduled replacement of media in the bio reactor and reed bed as required, typically every three weeks, to ensure proper wastewater treatment.
Media Maintenance: Routine inspection and maintenance of media in bio reactor and reed bed, including cleaning, aeration, and adjustments to maintain performance.
Electromechanical Item Maintenance: Comprehensive maintenance of all electromechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, control systems, and instrumentation. This covers preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Disposal of Sludge: Proper handling and disposal of sludge generated during the treatment process, adhering to all environmental regulations. Operational Hours: Operation and maintenance services shall be provided during regular working hours, with provisions for on-call and emergency response services as needed.
Duration: The duration of the operation and maintenance contract will be defined in the project agreement and may include ongoing services.

Reporting: The service provider shall submit regular progress reports, maintenance logs, effluent quality reports etc and incident reports to the project stakeholders.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, effluent quality monitoring reports, including schedules, service reports, equipment manuals, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Training: If necessary, provide training to project personnel on the safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems.
Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and standards governing wastewater treatment, maintenance, and environmental compliance.
Performance Standards: Performance standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to be evaluated the quality and effectiveness of the operation and maintenance services.
Review: Periodic reviews and assessments of the operation and maintenance services to ensure ongoing efficiency, improvements, and compliance
(P) Other Ancillary works: Comprising following units;
Note: Boundary wall with gate of premises, Access Road to STP with Drains and Admin-cum-control-cum-laboratory-cum-office with toilet block building construction cost will not be the part of this work. But these shall be considered as per the actual site requirement and shall be the part of project.
