Construction of chamber in all type of soil with 300 mm thick masonry in CM 1:6 m,10 cm thick C.C. 1:5:10 in foundation, 20mm thick insider plaster in Cm 1:6, finished with floating neat cement, 50mm thick M-15 grade C.C. flooring , earthwork etc. complete as per design including disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 50 mtr. size 600 x 450mm depth upto 0.5 M Cement cover with frame.

Earth work for Sewer line and Manhole in excavation in foundation, trenches manholes, road side chambers etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level including allowances for any additional excavation beyond the drawings (measurement for payment to be as per standard drawings), re-handling of material/earth to complete the task. In all types soils/ saturated soil such as moorum, sand, sandy silt, clay, black cotton soil, kankar, etc. Depth upto 1.5 m

Providing, lowering, laying, aligning, fixing in position and jointing at all level/ depths full round HDPE DWC (double wall corrugated) pipes of SN8 grade as per IS 16098 (Part 2) amended upto date in trenches in complete including all material, labour, sectional hydro testing (including the cost and conveyance of water to site for testing) and commissioning as per Technical Specifications, drawings and as per direction of Engineer. Note : E/w to be measured and paid separately. Length of pipe shall be measured in between the outer wall of two manholes / Inspection chambers. Pipe in the manhole/inspection chamber’s wall shall deemed to be included in the item of manhole/inspection chamber shall not be payable.

Providing granular bedding having width = outer dia of pipe (Bc) + 500mm, thickness below pipe = 0.25Bc or 100mm (whichever is higher) and haunching = 0.5Bc, with graded hard crusher broken stone of 100% passing through 20mm sieve, 20 to 50 % passing through 10mm sieve and 100 % retain on 6.3mm sieve, laying in layers of thickness 10/15cm including ramming, consolidation etc complete for all type of pipes of following sizes as per drawing and or as directed by Engineer.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M15 grade (using mechanical concrete mixer) with 0.4% steel reinforcement) using 20mm graded hard crusher broken stone aggregate, laying in layers of not more than 15cm thick, for bedding having width = outer dia of pipe (Bc) + 200mm or 1.25Bc (whichever is higher), thickness below pipe = 0.25Bc or 100mm (whichever is higher) and haunching = 0.25Bc, for all type of pipes of following sizes, including reinforcement, compaction, curing, form work, etc complete as per drawing and/ or as directed by Engineer.

Supplying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning submersible type dewatering pump of stainless steel casing and Noryl impellor of discharge and head given below complete with all accessories suitable for operation on 230 V, single phase/415 V /3 phase, 50 Hz. AC supply complete with starter for automatic operation including water level sensing device / float switch inter connection with submersible cable etc. as required. Construction of tubewell up to 100m depth and above to accomodate housing and assembly pipe in all types of alluvium strata by rotay drilling method with "code of practice for construction and testing of tubewells (IS:2800 (Part-II) : 1991 and IS:2800 (Part-II) :1979 both amended up to date) with supply of bail plug if necessary.The work will not include cost of housing pipe and strainer pipe assembly cost, gravel and development work. Providing and laying Precast reinforced cement concrete Box culvert section of M-40 grade designed for 'AA' class loading as per IRC specifications including to effect of impact, EQ etc. complete on form base of 200mm thick lean concrete of M-10 grade with aggregate of size 40mm nominal of following internal size the work includes required safety measures construction of drain for diversion of flowing water cost of design of RCC Precast Box and its proof checking from IIT/MNIT Jaipur complete in all respect as per specifications Size 1.50 M x 1.00 M

Providing and laying chequerred plain cement concrete embossed specially manufactured non slippery tiles of approved make on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:6 bed, jointed with neat cement slurry complete.

Supply & Planting of shady plants ( Neem. Peepal, Goolar,Jamun, Imli or other specified) along road side including the following activities:- (i) Preparation of soil including cleaning & removing of unwanted shrubs removal of stones & garbage. (ii) Supply of plant at site of two years of age & height more than 1.50 Mtr. (iii) Supply of dry manure(Farm yard manure organic) (iv) Supply of Insecticides. (v) Digging of pits size 60x60x60 cms. Including removal of stones. Manuring application of insecticides & watering at least 1.5 Liter per plant after planting (vi) Half brick Circular tree guard in second class bricks, internal dia 1.25 meter and height 1.20 meter above ground and 0.20 meter above ground and 0.20 meterr below ground. Bottom two courses laid dry and top three couses in cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 Sand) and the intermediate courseses being in dry honey comb masonry. As per design complete. (vii) Watering to plants (viii) Maintance of plants by the contractor including pits, preparation of Thavala Hoeing weeding etc & application of insecticiedes etc. & security. If the plant die during maintence contractor has to rplace same heingh plant at his own cost.
