Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (M-30 grade) over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 400 Kg per cum , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrance, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 602.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M-20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually,all complete as per MORTH specification Clause 409. Using Concrete Mixer

Providing and laying Chequerred plain cement concrete embossed specially manufactured non-slipping tiles of approved make 20 mm thick laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:6 jointed with neat cement slurry complete. Add extra for chequerred coloured plain cement concrete or specially manufactured non-slipping tiles of approved make 20 mm thick.

Providing & fixing UV stabilised fiberglass reinforced plastic sheet roofing upto any pitch including fixing with polymer coated ‘J’ or ‘L’ hooks, bolts & nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% Ultra-voilet stabiliser in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall confoim to IS 10192 and IS 12866.The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. 2.0mm thick (Wt. 3.3 Kg./Mtr. Sq.)

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Renewing glass panes with wooden fillets wherever necessary : 5mm thick plain glass panes.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations. (a) Applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm. of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 over the RCC slab including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying cement concrete using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 100mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand ) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with proprietary water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making of 300x300xmm square (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge. With average thickness of 120mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Old work (one or more coats) including scrapping surface and necessary repairs. (b) Same colour

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etc complete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate.

Providing and fixing M.S. sheet 1mm thick single leaf door shutter in angle iron frame 35x35x5mm suitabilly diagonally braced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction of Engg. incharge but excluding cost of chowkhats: including two coats of anit-corrosive red oxide primer paint
