Providing and fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture as per direction of Engineer-in-charge of size 595 X 595 mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and size of 24X38mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm centre to centre, and cross ‘T’ of size 24X32mm made out of 0.33mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main ‘T’ at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200X600mm and secondary cross ’T’ of length 600mm and size 24X32mm made out of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200X600mm panel to form grid of size 600X600mm resting on periphery walls/partitions on a perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size (24X24X3000mm made of 0.40mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval and laying 15mm thick densified edged calcium silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including cutting /making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fitting, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required, Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using 50 mm long M 6 dash fasteners, 6mm G.I. fully threaded rods with galvnised steel L cleat level adjusters of size 80x25x2mm, spaced at 1200mm centre to centre long main ‘T’ bottom exposed with 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs)having area less than 0.30 Sqm. The calcium silicate ceiling tiles shall have NRC. Value 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection 85% non-combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity = 0.043 w/m0KC.

Construction of tube-well from ground levels and upto 100 Meter depth and above to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all types of alluvium strata by percussion/ rotary drilling method and with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and packing as per IS:2800 (Part I -& II) 1979 as amended upto date (the work includes the cost of gravel & its primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes, with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary, for arresting fine sand particles. GRC ARCH (TYPE A) Providing and fixing Glass Reinforced Concrete (G.R.C) ornamental Arch casted with 'Spray Mix' concrete design of size 3500 *1350 mm(plus/minus 500 mm) as per approved, pattern, thickness (Border 40-50mm thick & Wall Thickness 15-20mm thick) and shade. The Panels should be made from ‘53 grade’ White Portland Cement manufactured by ‘JK Cement’ or 'Birla white', White Quartz fine graded sieve Silica Sand, Alkali Resistant Glass Fiber manufactured by 'NEG Japan, Owen Corning ‘Saint Gobain’ or equivalent, Super Plasticizers manufactured by ‘Karochem’,BASF, or equivalent, Polymers manufactured by ‘Nova Polychem’ ,BASF,or equivalent and U.V resistant Synthetic inorganic pigments should be used for pigmentation manufactured by ‘Phenochem industries ,Bayferrox,or equivalent. The Panels casting shall take placein FRP mould or equivalent. The GRC Panels flexural strength average L.O.P should be above or equivalent to 6 N/mm² & M.O.R should be above or equivalent to 12 N/mm² for tests done on 28 days cured samples. The fixing of Panels should be done using ‘Dry fixing’ method onto structural support members i.e. R.C.C, Brick work or Red oxide Primer -paint or Epoxy primer -paint treated mild steel. The fixtures, fasteners and self- tapping screws to be used for dry fixing should be of HP/HILTI/KLIMAS/Fischer/Wurth/MUNGO. The quantity of fasteners or self-tapping screws shall be calculated in accordance to the weight of Panels and actual site fixing conditions. If there will be a requirement of Joint filling, then Elastomeric exterior grade paintable PU Sealant will be used. For final finishing of Panel one weather shield exterior grade water based diluted paint coat will be done if required. Vendors shall submit shop drawings of the same, the drawings to be duly approved by the Engineer in charge at site. APPROVED MAKE- Birla White, Unistone, Sanderson,Apgrc or equivalent.

Providing and laying machine cut, mirror polished, Italian Marble stone flooring laid in required pattern in linear portion of the building all complete as per architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab laid over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment to match the marble shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge18 mm thick Italian Marble stone slab, Perlato, Rosso verona, Fire Red or Dark Emperadore etc.

Providing , spraying and applying Oikas paint of approved shade and colour on wallsand coloumns.The job is inclusive of scaping,leveling and preparing the surface.Bicolour paint will be used. The wall surface has to duly prepared by removing thedamaged plaster and applying P.O.P to give a smooth surface as per approval of the Architect

Executing new artwork in traditional design with traditional technique of "thikri" work on walls, furniture, ceilings etc., as per approved design and pattern directed by the Architect. The artwork to be executed by higly skilled craftsman, and as approved by the Engineer in charge.
