Lead ( B-143/ 14.54 + B-144/14.62.2) add extra for all type of dismantling work for each subsequent storey or height more than 4.5 mtr rate in sq m.

Plaster on new surface on walis in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish : 25 mm thick ( B-119/ 12.9.1)

Finishing with neat cement (punning ) ( B-119/12.15 )

P & F plain fiber glass sheet ( FRP sheet fiber reinforcement product sheet confirming to IS: 12866-1989 having minimum thickness as below including fixing with nuts, bolts, hooks, and bitumen washer etc complete : 5 mm thick ( weight 8.4 Kg / Sq.M. ) ( B-98/ 10.50.4)

Providing and laying Damp proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 ( 1:2:4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water proof compound , including 2 coats of hot blown bitumen ( 2 kg/sqm) complete as per specification with glass strip 3 mm thick at a distance of 1 metre interval : 50 mm thick (B-145/ 15.2.2±15.7±15.8)

Providing and laying water proofing treatment of roofs of slabs by applying acrylic based polymer modified cementous slurry (i)after surface preparation first layer of slurry of cement @0.448 kg/sqm mixed with polymer @0.253 kg/sqm (ii) laying second layer of Fiber glass cloth when the first layer is steel green .Overlaps of joints of fiber cloth should not be less than 10cm. (iii) Third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry cement@ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with polymer @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm . This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (iv) Fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar or any other approved protective course( which will be paid for seperately). For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.(B-157/15.55)
