Providing and fixing factory made polyvinyl chloride (PVC) Door frame manufactured by M/s Rajshri of the size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extruded 5mm PVC foam sheet mitre cut at two corners and jointing with 2 nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S. Square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19x19mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge. EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be providing through out the frame shall be fixed to the wall using 65/100 mm long M.S. Screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum 2 nos for horizontal members etc. complete as per manufacture specification and directon of enginee in charge.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick 'Rajshri' Brand FACTORY MADE SOLID BOTH SIDE PRELAM PANEL PVC DOOR SHUTTER consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for stiles top & bottom rails M.S. frame shall have a coat of sheet primers of approved make and manufacture, M.S. frame covered with 5mm thick heat moulded 'Rajshri' prelim PVC 'C' channel of size 30mm thickness, 70mm widthout of which 50mm shall, be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 45" angle on either side forming stiles and 5mm thick 95mm wide Rajshri Prelam PVC sheet out of 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be topered in 450 on the inner side to from top and bottom rail and 115mm wide Rajshri Prelam PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on both sides to from lock rail Top bottom and lock rails shall be provided either side of the panel 10mm (5mm x 2) thick 20mm wide cross PVC sheet shall be provided. as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Panelling of 5mm thick both prelam PVC sheet to be fittted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to stile and rail with 7mm (5mm +2mm) thick x 15mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side and jointed together with solvent cement adhesive An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be struck on the interior side of the 'C' channel using PVC solvent etc. complete as per specifications & drawing (For internal shutters) including all door fittings such as Hinges, L-drop, Handles, Locking bolts etc. as per approved of engineer in charge.

Repair to damaged RCC slabs, beams and columns etc for strengtheing with cement mortar 1 : 2 in following steps i) Choping losse and cracked concrete to required depth, cleaning the exposed surface of steel and concrete with wire brush and sand papering , cleaning of concrete surface with water as necessary and getting dried. ii) Applying Epoxy primer on the exposed steel bars. iii) Applying Epoxy hardener and resin mix (as per manufectured's specification) on concrete and steel bars with brush. iv)Speading dry cement mortar 1 : 2 mix over epoxy treated wet surface and allow it to dry for one day. v) Plastering the surface with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 upto depth of 30mm complete. vi) Cure the plastered surface for 15 days
