The false ceiling & walls (other than wood finished) shall be applied with two or more coats of luxury emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture with appropriate rollers to give an even shade including preparation of base wherever required, applying primer & putty, lippy etc. as per requirement to give a smooth even shade including all scaffolding etc. complete in all respects. The wall portions (other than those paneled) may be finished with two or more shades & patterns as per approved scheme, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Approved Makes : Asian Paints – Royale; Dulux – Velvet Touch; Nerolac – Impressions or equivalent)

Refurbishing of existing door and providing 1.00mm thick laminate of approved shade / pattern & make and providing necessary hardware on existing door shutter complete with painting etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing & fixing Grid Ceiling height of 4.0 m above floor level over grid made out of Wall Angle fixed to the walls at 300mm centres, main Beam sections installed at 1200mm centre and suspended from the structural soffit at 1200mm centres along their length with Hangers located close to the intersection of the Main Beam and 1200mm Cross ‘T’ to facilitate demounting of the tiles from the grid. 1200mm Cross ‘T’s installed at 600mm centres along the lengths of the Main Beam, followed by the installation of the 600mm Cross ‘T’ at the mid-point of the 1200mm Cross ‘T’ sections to form the 600mm x 600mm grid complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and Supplying of ergonomically designed fabric upholstered with faux leather / cloth fabric, high back revolving chair. The Seat and Back Cushion of the chairs should be pressed on 12mm hot press moulded ply. The seat cushion of the chair should be made up of 50mm thick High Density of 45±2 Kg/m3 polyurethane mould and back cushion should be made up of 38mm thick High Density 33±2 Kg/m3. The polyurethane foam shall be as per manufacturer’s specification. The hardness of foam shall be 20 kg on hampden machine and 25% compression and it should be covered with faux leather / cloth fabric as per approval. The arms of the chairs should be black / approved colour as per manufacturer specification. The Gas lift mechanism should be tested as per BIFMA X 05.01.2002 Standards. The tilting mechanism should be synchro-tilt mechanism as per international ergonomics standards any position locking. The pedestal should be five legged injection moulded in black 30% glass –filled nylon and fitted with 5 nos twin wheel castors. The castors of the chairs should be glass filled, twin wheel castors confirming to BIFMA Standards X 05.01.2002 tested to perform 1,00,000 cycles with 225 lbs Load.
