Loosening, Leveling and compacting original ground Supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in tables 300-1 and 300-2 for embankment construction as per MoRTH specification Clause 305.3.4

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over aprepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, coarse aggregate 26.5mm nominalsize aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction ,concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixedin a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. as per MoRTH Specification cl.601.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with OPC 43grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate (table 600-2 & 6003) conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate31.5mm nominal size mixed in a batching and mixing plant asper approved Mix design to achieve required design mix grade of controlled concrete, transported to site, laid with afixed form paver, spread, compacted and finished in acontinuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler bord, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant (Table600-4), debonding strip, dowel bar (IS : 432 Grade-I), tie rod(IS : 1786 Fe500 or IS : 432 Grade-I) , admixtures (IS : 9103& IS : 6925) as approved, curing compound, finishing to line sand grades as per drawing including joint cutting & texturing etc complete as per MoRTH Specification cl. 602 (with flexural streng the minimum 4.5 MPa).
