General day to day upkeeping & maintenance of CFC/Office campus building including club, Conference hall, store, parking campus with all its all structure toilet etc. including following works as per instruction of Engineer In-charge : (a) Sweeping, cleaning of rooms, dusting of furniture, fixture, ceiling fans, doors, windows, pelmets, Almirah etc. cleaning of toilet (with toilet cleaner, phenyl etc.), washing of floors with soda, cleaning of internal roads , drains, parking etc. complete. (b) Cleaning of roofs, overhead water tanks, repairing & maintenance of water supply system & fixing of material, if any. ( Labour work only, Material shall be supplied by the department). (C) Operation and cleaning of sanitary fitting such as toilet fixtures /urinals, w.c., wash basin & putting one soap/liquid soap on each wash basin with one small towel.( Labour work only, Material shall be supplied by the department except soap/liquid soap, washing charges of towels and napkins shall be borne by the contractor ). (d) Regular operation of one No. tube well as and when required for filling of water tanks.(In case of repairing, lowering and un-lowering of motor shall be done by the contractor, motor repairing charges would be borne by the department). (e) Filling water, operating & cleaning of all coolers in office. (f) If fans /exhaust fans /cooler fan motors /water pumps of coolers burnt out then, it shall be got repaired with group-1 companies material by the contractor.( In case, if replacement required then new material will be supplied by the department, Labour charges for fixing will be borne by the contractor). (g) Regular operation of D.G. Set. ( Servicing and diesel shall be borne by the Deptt.). (h) Choke, Bulb, tube rod, Bell etc. if burnt out than it shall be replaced by the contractor at his own cost with group-1 material.
