Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement (M-30 grade) over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 400 Kg per cum , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 31.5 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrance, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete as per MoRTH specification clause 602.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting specified graded crushed stone in sub-base course including premixing the material at OMC in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material, laying in uniform layers with motor grader, F.E.loader on a prepared surface and compacting with vibratory compactor to achieve the desired density including all material, labour, mach-nery, lighting barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[MoRTH specification Clause 401] includiong 20 Km lead ., c) For Grading III Material

Providing and laying mechnically mixed and vibrated Cement Concrete in foundation upto a depth of 1.5 metres below ground level and 1.50 metres above Ground/Bed level.[MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000/1700], Cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with stone aggragate 40mm crusher broken.

Providing and laying Random Rubble masonry in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 metres and 1.50 metres above Ground /Bed level.[MoRTH Specfication: Clause 1000/1400], Cement sand mortar 1:6

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete M15 mix with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size mechnically mixed and vibrated, in foundation upto a depth of 1.50 below Ground level and or 1.50 meters above ground/bed level.

Providing Cement pointing 1:2 deep variety (cut or weather) on brick, stone and tile work at all levels.[MoRTH Specfication : Clause 1000/1406]

Providing Cement plaster 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 at all levels [MoRTH Specfication: Clause:1000/1300]

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on plastered concrete surfaces as per MORTH specifications Cl. 803., New Surface

P&F Precast cement concrete M-15 grade kerb over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 including jointing with cement mortar 1:4 and painting with enamel paint complete as per MoRTH Specification

Providing and fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks manufactured and laid over a sand bed of 20 -40mm thick as per IRC SP 63-2004 and IS 15658 -2006. Complete job to be executed as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of all lead, lifts & taxes 1. Shape : As specified by Engineer-in-charge. 2. Extra for laying earth as per specification for compaction in 200 mm thick loose layers and dressing [MoRTH Specification Clause 305.3.5]., BY MECHANICAL MEANS, using Motor Grader, from earth in stock piles with all lead and lift but excluding rolling and watering.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound inclusive type I reflectrosing glass beads as per table 800-9, 800-10 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II in addition @ 250 gms per Sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC: 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MORTH specification clause 803.4.

Raised Pavment Marker ( Cats Eyes): Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission
