Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with OPC 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate (table 600-2 & 600-3) conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate 31.5mm nominal size mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved Mix design to achieve required design mix grade of controlled concrete, transported to site, laid with a slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler bord , separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant (Table 600-4), debonding strip, dowel bar (IS : 432 Grade-I), tie rod (IS : 1786 Fe500 or IS : 432 Grade-I) , admixtures (IS : 9103 & IS : 6925) as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing including joimt cutting & texturing etc complete as per MoRTH Specification cl. 602 (with flexural strengthe minimum 4.5 MPa).

Providing laying spreading and compacting specified graded sand, gravel as per Table 400-1,400-2 or any other course material as per design mix, as per CBR in sub base course including premixing the material at OMC in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material spreading in uniform layers with motoe grader F.E loader on a prepared base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density (as per I.S.2720) including all material, labour, machinery, lighting guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete.[MoRTH specification : Clause 401].By mechanical means with lead upto 20 km, For Grading II Material
