EARTH WORK

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to require slope and compacted by vibratory roller 8-10 Tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 as per MoRTH specification Clause No. 305.

SUB-BASE AND BASE COURSES

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I. not more than 6 including spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery including T&P with all lead (Compacted thickness to be measured).as per MoRTH specification table 400-1, 400-2,

BITUMINOUS WORKS

Providing and laying bituminous concrete as per design mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone as per table 500-16 & 500-17 for wearing course including loading of aggregate with Front end loader and hot mixing of binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) and filler as per table 500-9 with aggregates in hot mix plant More than 60-90 TPH Transporting the mix material with tipper and laying with sensor paver finisher (as per clause 507.3.5) to the required level , grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150-250 KN,TP=0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MoRTH Specification : Clause -507 & 112) with all lead. Grading II (13.20 mm nominal size) - Bitumen @ minimum 5.40% of mix & thickness 30 - 40 mm

PROTECTION WORKS

c) Repair of Stone Masonary Parapet Wall Stone masonry work in cement mortar 1:3 for substructure complete, with scaffolding excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical specification [MoRTH Specification: Section 1400] Random Rubble Masonry (coursed/un-coursed).

Pointing of any design with cement mortar (1:3)on Brick / Stone work in substructure at any height [MoRTH Specification: Clause 1309]

Structural Cement concrete for plain concrete/ reinforced concrete for substructure at any level, complete as per drawing and technical specification. Using Batching Plant, Transit Mixture, and Concrete Pump. Design mix concrete- [MoRTH Specification: Clause 1500(N), & 1700(N)] P.C.C.M.20 grade

ROAD MARKING AND SIGNAGES

Providing and laying marking of center line and stop line etc with hot thermoplastic compound of approved quality with type-1 glass beeds (Table-800-9) , 2.5 mm thick on road/ plain surface, including reflectorising glass beads type-2 (Table-800-10) @ 250 gms per sqm area with special applicator machine, as per IRC:35 including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site and traffic control involved. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Thermoplstic Marking of 300mm wide and 10mm Height at 600mm apart (one set is of 6 strips). 10 mm Height is achieved through four applications of thermoplastic, applied at an interval not less than 1 Hour after Ist layer gets solidified as per clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion as per Clause 803 of MoRT&H Specification

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing

Supply of Hazard Marker made out of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet size 300x300x3 mm framed with angle iron 25x25x3 mm and fixed on channel posts 75x40x6 mm and hold fast at bottom whole body is painted in white stoving enamel and 6 Nos., 5 cm dia reflective sheet on white reflective background with additional border of 1.25 cm all around it.As per IRC 67

Two Way Hazard Marker

Median Markers: Providing & Fixing of median marker made of tough high impact resistance injection moulded thermo plastic body with an isosceles trapezoidal structure of length, height & width not less than 12cm, 10cm & 10cm respectively and thickness not less than 1.8mm. The median marker shall have flourescent yellow colour retro reflective sheeting of size not less than 8.5cm X 8.5cm and with fully reflective micro prismatic as its retro reflective elements and meet ASTM D4956-09 Type XI specification. The retro reflective sheeting shall be on both the sides of the median marker and shall be as protected with no exposed edges that prevent edge lifting, vadalism, sheeting damage etc. The median marker shall be fixed with a combination of epoxy adesive and grouting etc. complete as directed by the Engineer - In - Charge. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission as per IRC -79 2019.

Raised Pavement Marker (Cats Eye): Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of ABS Moulded body and Polycarbonate Reflective panels with Micro Prismatic Lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 35000 Kilogram tested in accordance to ASIM D 4280 & ASTM D 788. The Height of Road Stud is 20mm, Width 100mm, Length 100mm and minimum reflective area of 13 sqcm on each side.The Strength of detachment of the integrated cylender shank not less than 14+/-2mm (Thickness) and height not less than 30+ 2mm from the body. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per Clause 804 of MoRT&H Specification complete

Roadways Indicators/ Delineators (As per IRC 79-1981) Supply and Installation of Roadway Indicator! Delineator Post not less than 1000mm High above ground level. The Roadway Indicator! Delineator should be made of 16 Gauge Metal (M.S.) sheet with Rectangular Shape size 25mm X 68mm and Length should be 1000mm. The Roadway Indicator! Delineator should be painted alternately in 15 CM wide strips with Black and white paint both side. On the top of Roadway Indicator! Delineator shall have a Rectangular yellow color Reflector made of PE Plastic with HIP Tape. Plastic Reflector Size should be as: thickness 35mm X width 100mm X length 125mm and the High Intensity Prismatic Tape, color white! red! yellow should be both side as: length 100mm X Width 75mm. The fixing of the roadways delineator by drilling holes on the road and munimum 200mm of Delineator should be fixed inside the hole by filling concrete cement mixed etc and as per clause 806 of MoRT&H Specification complete and direction by engineer.

Providing and fixing Solar Traffic Light Blinker 300 mm dia, LED Aspect made ofFRP/Poly carbonate with battery backup fitted on 150 mm dia MS pipe - 3.0metre long from the ground level, firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properlydesigned foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 60x60x60 cm, below ground level.complete as per IRC-93 1985

Construction of footpath/ separator by providing a 150 mm compacted granular sub- base as per Clause 401 and 25 mm thick cement concrete grade M-15, over laid with precast concrete tiles 300x300x25 mm in cement mortar 1:3 including provision of all drainage.

Rumble Strip (average thickness =15mm) Constructed with BC Grading-II Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion RS-1 as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2 kg /10sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification Clause 503 & 112 ( Including cleaning of bituminous road surface ) On Bituminous surface

Providing Passenger Shelter as per drawing.

Cleaning of surface of electric pole or in case of trees removing the bark, and painting with solvent based retro reflective paint in one coat including all material, labour, T&P etc. required for completion of work as directed by Engineer-in charge

Provisison of Convex Mirror with dia 80cm and 7ft long pole specification as per IRC 99-2018

Providing and fixing of Precast concrete interlocking blocks of 80mm thick manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class as per IS: 15658-2006. The C.C. interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub base as defined. The work includes earth work in cutting and disposal of surplus material complete job is to be executed as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, lifts & taxes General specification of Blocks: 80mm thick, Medium traffic category, M40 Grade designation blocks

MAINTENANCE OF ROADS

Cutting of branches of trees, shrubs and trimming of grass and weeds

ii) Cutting of shrubs from the way or with in R.O.W including disposal of wood and leaves to suitable location as per MoRTH specification clause 201

iii) Trimming of grass and weeds from the shoulders/berms and disposing off the same to suitable locations as per MoRTH specifications Clause 201

Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil with all leads & lifts and compacting it with plate compactor complete as per MoRTH specification Clause 3003.
