To providing man power supply (unskilled, skilled, I.T.I and M.sc /B.Tech man power) for the work of sample collection, testing, chemical solution preparation, transportation of various chemicals, chlorine gas tonners, assistance in operation work of effluent treatment plant, CW and Raw water Chlorination system, operation of chemical dosing system of boiler and cooling water, and misc. works with required T&P and safety equipment at 2X 600 MW, Kalisindh Thermal Power Project”. Unit # 1 & 2, Jhalawar” for the year 2025-26 TN No. - TN/Opr/647/2025-26 1.If the firm quoted NIL service charges/consideration or negative service charges / tender premium in the contracts related to hiring of manpower services, then its bid shall be treated as Un-responsive and will summarily be rejected. In case of zero or negative amount in service charges/ T&P in the BOQ, the bid of bidders considered invalid. Hence amount will be whole rupees i.e., It will not be valid. 2. L-1 will be decided on basis of totality in BOQ. 3. In case of same/equal bids received from two or more bidders, the L-1 bidder shall finally be decided on the basis of highest average annual financial turn over during preceding three (3) completed financial years reckoning from the date of opening of technical bid.
