The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Minimum Line Length of 25 KM of 220 KV or above voltage class in one order. - Or Minimum Line Length of 31 KM of 220 KV or above voltage class in two orders. - Or Minimum Line Length of 38 KM of 220 KV or above voltage class in three number of orders. Additionally, the bidder should have constructed and commissioned at least one order of 8 KM of 220 KV or above voltage on a turnkey basis. The bidder should also have experience of erection, testing, and commissioning of at least 1 No. 220 kV or above voltage transmission line having a length of at least 5 Kms, including survey work in the last five years. The monetary values mentioned for the bidder include: - Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of Rs. 119.16 Crores for the best three financial years out of the last five financial years. - Liquid assets (L.A. = Current Assets - Inventories) and/or evidence of access to or availability of credit facilities equal to Rs 19.86 Crores. - Net worth of the bidder on the last day of the preceding financial year should be positive. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned for the bidder. However, for sub-vendors of major items/equipment, it is mentioned that they should have cost more than 5% of the overall cost of supplies quoted for the project.
