The bidder is required to have prior work experience in constructing and commissioning 132 kV or above voltage transmission lines, with specific requirements including: - Successfully constructing and commissioning a route length of 132 kV or above voltage transmission lines anywhere in India during the last 10 years. - Completing at least one of the following: - 80% of the total line length in 1 work order - 100% of the total line length in 2 work orders - 120% of the total line length in 3 work orders - Constructing and commissioning cumulatively 20% of the total line length of 132 kV or above voltage on a turnkey basis in the last 10 years. The bidder should also have prior work experience in manufacturing and supplying 132 kV or above transmission line towers in India, with a requirement of manufacturing and supplying at least 600 MT of transmission line towers in any one financial year during the last two years. In terms of value and percentage of similar works completed, the bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover (MAAT) of Rs. 107.88 Crores for the best three financial years out of the last five financial years, and liquid assets and/or access to credit facilities equal to Rs. 35.96 Crores. The bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one financial year during the last five years, updated to the current price level. The net worth on the last day of the preceding financial year should not be less than 100% of the bidder's paid-up share capital.
