Supply & fixing 30 mm thick ferro cement RCC cable trench covers up to span 1200mm CC Grade M 30 having outer frame of M.S. Flate 30.x3 mm and reinforcement consisting of 6mm dia M.S. round bar both way at the spacing of 8 to 10 cm C/C as required to adjust the spacing welded with outer frame and binding with binding wire in middle with two layers G.I. wire mesh 12mm shape of 24 gauge including proper quantities of concrete additional admixture like plasticizer, bond improving compound etc. manufacture with vibro pressing system,20% cover shall have lifting hooks of 10mm dia plain round bar to be fixed as directed M.S. flat/hooks exposed shall be painted with two coats of superior quality corrosion resistance paint. P&F of precast concrete interlocking blocks of manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-1 as per BS: 6717-2001. The C.C interlocking paving bloacks to be laid on average 25 mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand -do- a) 60mm thick (R/17.35.1)

P & F machine pressed cement concrete (M-20) compressed with hydraulic compression machine kerbs or dands of size upto 60 cm. Length as per drawing, jointing with cement mortar (1:3) over 20mm thick base cement mortar (1:6) & painting the exposed surface with enamel paint of approved brand complete work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge size 15cm. x 38cm. (R/17.40)

Excavation for structures ( Earth work in Execavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification , including setting out , construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious matter , dressing of sides and bottom , backfilling the excavation earth tp the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for the road work(R/3.13 B) Add Extra Loading and unloading of stone boulder / stone aggregate / sand / kankar / moorum.(R/1.1) +Compacting Original Ground Supporting subgrade (R/3.19 case -1)

Carriage of Sand, bajri, ballast, stone, boulders, kankar & gravelly material including loading & unloading (MORTH specification: 514.5 table 500.28) Add for each subsequent KM. Above 10 km upto Lead 20 km (R/17.1.3)

Labour charges for spreading of available 20-63mm nominal size hand/crusher broken stone aggregate of uniform layer of 100mm thickness in yard of any substation (charged/uncharged GSS) by manual/mechanical means, as permistted by engineer in charge, with due care, as per safety norms of substation.
