Providing and fixing PVC Storage tank of capacity 2000 litres ISI marked conforming to IS: 12701-1989 (of approved make Sintex or Polycon) with cover; 25 mm dia 1 m long GI overflow pipe, 25 cm long 25 mm dia washout GI pipe with plug & socket; including P&F 32 mm dia Ball Cock (Float valve) IS 1703 marked with rod and PVC ball complete with brass weight 1000 g; including P&F 15mm dia CI quarter turn heavy duty Bib Cocks four nos for each tank superior quality of approved make; including interconnections complete job. Overflow of the tank should be connected with recharge structure by means of 75 mm uPVC pipe.(Cost of pipe included in the work).

Providing & Fixing pump safety cage as per specifications or directed by engineer

SITC of radial / mixed flow submersible motor pump sets ISI marked (IS:8034-1989) of approved make with required accessories including making connection suitable for T.W./ D.C.B./ Open well. The job includes lowering of riser pipe, G.I./ H.D.P.E. pipe with rope, cables, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board. All labour for testing of submersible pumps set and supply of water to water mains, complete in all respect.

Supply of electric control feeder panel comprising rewirable type 3 nos fuses, MCB (Make- L&T/SIEMENS/GEC/ CGL / C&S/HAVELL or any other make approved by technical committee RWSSMB time to time), DOL starter (Make-L&T / SIEMENS / BCH / JYOTI / HAVELLS / Crompton / C&S or any other make approved by technical committee RWSSMB time to time ),, ampere meter, volt meter(Make- AE/IMP/RISHABH/E&H), phase preventer, suitable running capacitors (L&T / NAPTUNEEDUCATE (NSL-10) WEPCORE / UNITOR or any other make approved by technical committee RWSSMB time to time ) /, phase indicators, lighting arrangement etc complete suitable for three phase pump set. The panel should have space for energy meter ( supplied by JVVNL). A bakellite sheet of 12 mm thick shall be provided for installation of energy meter .All these equipments shall be housed by panel box made out from 18 guage M.S. Sheet with powder coating. Panel should be of minimum size 900 x 600 x 300 with Stand ( made of angle iron of size 35x35x5mm duly bolted/screwed with enclosure box having 4 Legs, each leg’s length 18" and double door including in built locking system. The legs should be embedded in M-15 cement concrete plat form.The size of CC plateform should be equal or bigger than the base size of panel having height of at least 200 mm from ground level. The operation of panel should be suitable for on 440 Volt AC Supply The panel should have opening of suitable size in front of space for energy meter with glass for meter reading.

Providing and laying PVC insulated and PVC sheathed m cables of 1.1 KV grade with aluminum conductor of IS 1554 category-I and of approved make including excavation of 30 cm x 75 cm side trench as per IS-1255 15 cm thick under layer of sand II class brick covering, refilling earth in the remaining portion making necessary connection including testing etc. of required size (category-I) make as mentioned in specification. This includes all required Hardware material, termination end with suitable crimping lugs.
