Level Coarse -Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - M15 grade Nominal Mix 1: 2: 4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

P&F APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified free fabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrance, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt manufactured by Bitumat Company Ltd. Soprema or Tamkoj, consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen mebrance @ 0.40 Qtl/ sqm by the sub-membrance manufactured of density of 25 degree C, 0.87-0.89Kg/ ltr and viscosity 70-160 CPS over the primer coat the layer of membrance shall be laid using butancetorch also sealing all joints etc. and preparing the surface complete. The vital physically and chemical parameters of the mebrance shall be as under- Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 350/300 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 Degree C. Cold flexibility shall be upto 2 C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147 (The laying of mebrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacture of membrane). 3mm thick

Gola Providing gola 75mm x 75mm in cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge) including finished with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement: 2 fine sand) as per standard design.

Brick masonary in foundation and plinth with bricks of class designation 75 mm in :

Exterior Finishing: Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of appd brand & manufacture and of reqd. shade to give an even shade including all scafolding New work (three or more coats applied at the rate of 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Internal Finishing: Distempering with oil bound washeble distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including all scaffolding new work (two or more coats) over and including scrapping and priming coat with cement primer

P/S/F of rigid pvc pipe II class for rain water disposal 110mm dia(S- 3.19.3)

P/S/F of rigid pvc pipe(IS 4985 mark) approved quality & make including joining the with solvant cemet rubber ring and lubricant 110 mm dia(rain water disposal)(S- 3.17.9)

PANTING ON DOORS & WINDOWS :- Painting with syntheitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shade new steel work (2 or more coat on new work).
