Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Polished Blue kota stone flooring skirting laid over 20mm thick base of CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete For area 2001 to 5000 sq. Cm.25 mm thick

P&F T - iron / angel doors frames for doors window and ventilation of mild steel Tee-section, jionts mitred and welded with 15x3 mm lugs, 10cm long embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plug and screw or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as require including fixing of necessary butt hinges and screws and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer (35x35x5 mm)

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with water proffing compound: Cement concrete 1: 2: 4 (1 cement: 2 Course sand: 4 Greded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing M.S. sheet 1mm thick double leaf door shutter windows in angle iron frame 35x35x5 mm suitabilly diagonally braced with 25x3mm flat iron above and below lock rail of size 50x5mm beading extra including all fittings, as per direction of Engg. incharge but excluding cost of chowkhats: including two coats of anit-corrosive red oxide primer paint

Wire Gauge Supplying & fixing fixed wire Gauge to the Metal frame of rolled section by metal beading 20X3mm with suitable screw at not exceeding 150mm distance. 14 mesh X 24 Gauge

Guard Bars: Providing and fixing square bars or other flat welded to window/ventilators etc., Guard bar 12 x12mm

Providing&fixing PVC rain water pipe 110 mm dia

Painting with syntheitic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shade to give an even shade new steel work (2 or more coat on new work).

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work including prepration of base with primer putty lippy complete in all respect

Providing batta (gola) 75mm x 75mm in cement concrete (1:2:4) including finishing with cement mortar 1:3 as per standared design.

Wiring of light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed ISI marked MMS ( IS:9537 P - III ) vergin material PVC conduit & it's all accessories( J.B. , Bends etc.) , round tiles,18 SWG G.I. box with earth terminal, 6 A switch , 3 pin ceiling rose/ Lamp holder / 3 point Connector, 3.0 mm thick ISI marked phenolic laminated sheet (IS : 2036 - 1995), Al. alloy/ cadmium plated iron screws 20 mm cup washers etc. all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections, testing etc. complete as required. All relative and latest acceptance tests reports by any NABL accredited lab for the conduit shall be submitted before execution & All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supplying and drawing FR PVC insulated & unsheathed flexible copper conductor as per PWD specification for electrical Works with ISI marked (IS:694) and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade . Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free ( 10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity , insulation PVC type A ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4, , in existing surface or recessed PVC/ MS conduit/casing capping including all as per pre approved by Engineer in charge,making connections, etc. as required. Providing & Fixing of non modular socket size flush type 180watt rotary minimum 5 step fan regulator as per PWD specification for electrical Works, ISI marked (IS:11037) made out from industrial grade Polycarbonate or fire resistant ABS material including making connection testing etc. as required. Supplying and fixing of power plug point with Modularaccessories as per PWD specification for electrical Works, on hot dipped galvanized modular box of 18 SWG with earthing terminal/connector on surface or in recessed with suitable size of modular face place with grid plate and cover plate including cost of ISI marked modular 16 amp. Switch (IS :3854) and 3/5 pin 16 amp. socket outlet (IS:1293) [ as per detailed in respective item in BSR] , making connection , testing , etc. as required.
