TUBEWELL

Construction of Tube-well upto 100 meter depth and above in all type of rocks by DTH system and over burden to accommodate casing pipe of following sizes in all types of soil and over burdens including lowering of casing pipes but excluding cost of casing pipes as per IS: 2800 (Part I & II) 1979 specifications. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. The tube well should have throughout bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe (Site to be verified by approved geologist):

Development of tube well as per ISI specification using suitable compressor to give free water for required yield of the gravel packed tube well.

SITC of Single Stage, water cooled, High Speed (2880 RPM), Horizontal, Centrifugal, Openwell Submersible pumps set pre filled with coolent water and fitted with mechanical seal - T/C Vs T/C, Thrust bearing shall be of carbon + S.S.The stator body of single phase pump shall be of SS and rest of all shall be of cast iron. All casting parts should be cathod electro deposition (CED) coated and other construction material should be confirming to IS : 14220: 2018 . The overall performance of pump shall confirm to BEE energy efficiency level of 3 star. Valid BEE certificate from OEM must be submitted for the same. Motor should be IE2 class as per IEC 60034-2-1: 2007, IEC 60034-30: 2008, & IS12615:2011, including making connection etc as required complete in all respect. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test certificate before execution. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge. Supplying and Laying ISI marked P.V.C. insulated submersible cable as per PWD specification for electrical Works confirming to IS:694 and as per IS 8130 : 2013 of 1.1 kV grade .Wire should be made from 99.99% purity copper, class 5 stranding in acc. to IEC 60228 for lower watt loss , oxygen free ( 10 ppm) for less chances of oxidization and higher silver content for gives better conductivity , insulation PVC type A ,flame retardant as per IS 10810-53, better amperage rating as per VDE 0298 part 4 including making connection etc. as required. OEM Must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for wires. All as per pre approved by Engineer in charge, making connections. 4.0 Sq.mm 3 core flat / Round

SITC of Contactor OEM Fabricated DOL/Star-Delta Starter panel with switchgear selection as per Type-2 Cordinatiom Chart and made out from 1.6 mm thick powder coated CRCA sheet, enclosure comprising of over load protection relay, short circuit & single phasing protection, Illuminated ON / OFF push buttons, ammeter, voltmeter, indicating lamps etc. suitable for following rating motors complete in all respect.
