TP=0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) but excluding primer/tack coat. Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete as per Design Mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone aggregates as per Table 500-17, for wearing course including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader and hot mixing of binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) and 3% cement filler with aggregates in Hot Mix Plant 40-60 TPH, transporting the mixed Material with tipper to paver and laying with sensor paver finisher (as per clause 504-3.5) to the required level, grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150-250 kN, TP = 0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department as per job mix) excluding cost of primer/tack coat. Supply of retro reflective signboards size 1800×1200mm made out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet duly farmed with 40mm MS black tube (Medium class) as per IS 1239 (Part-I) 1979 with two supports each side 75mm long and 40mm MS black tube (Medium class) as per 1239 (Part-I) 1979 2.03 meter long each and also provision of hold fasts of MS bars 12mm and 25cm long two on each post. The sheet has to be stove enameled or epoxy painting one side and other retro-reflective high intensity green base & white retro-reflective letter & numerals have to be made as per IRC 30-1968 and the board shall be conformed to the MoRTH specifications (2001 edition clause 801) post and outer frame of board to be painted with black and white strips of synthetic enamel paint with black and white strips.

Supply of Swiss type Bollard out of 1.25mm thick MS sheet total height 135cm the lower portion is made in tapered circular section having upper dia 15cm and lower dia 20cm with attachment of one mandatory plate 7 mm thick & fixed with the help of 7cm long 30mm dia crome plated MS tube this part is fixed on the body with another attachment of a cap 30×7 cm whole body is processed in black stoving enamel and mandatory plate in Azure blue with one compulsory keep left arrow with 10mm border reflective strip each of 7.5 cm on body complete in all respect.

Raised Pavment Marker ( Cats Eyes): Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The contractor shall submit 2 years pre qualified warranty certificate from the manufacturer for satisfactory field performance during the time of bid submission

Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973

Supply of flood gauge (water gauge) as per IRC 67 standard 200cm long fixed on angle iron posts 50×50×6mm 2.6m long

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supply of villege Name Board size 600x900 mm made out of 1.25 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly framed with 30mm Outer Dia Mild Steel tube tightened with M.S. flat 12x3 mm fixed on two posts of size 40 mm ODMS tube 3M long whole board is processed in blue/white stoving enamel paint and white/red machine cut reflective sheet complete in all respect posts duly painted with black/white synthetic enamel.
