Applying two coats of truncated inhibited cement slurry coating as per patent no. 109784/67 of CERI,Karaikudi to avoid corrosion of steel reinforcement with contractor all labour, inhibitor solution of approved make,materials tools and plants, handling / rehandling,lead,lift,stacking the coated bars at a nominated place including preparetion of drying platform.The Payment of cement will be made seperately under relevant USSOR item.

Dismantling of existing BG/MG track inlcuding trap point of single rail/ 3 rail panel of 90R/52 Kg with PRC & Other type sleeper of density M+7 including fitting & fastenings & removal of ballast/soil complete including cutting of rails as required as directed by Engineer in charge with Hack saw blade including stacking of released material viz rail, sleeper, fittings and fastenings in systematic manner as per direction as per Engineer incharge all lead, lift , ascent, descent, crossing of track or any other obstruction as a complete job. Nothing shall be paid extra on any account .

Picking of stones ballast from existing track (Screening leading upto 40 mm and stacking at nominated area by making plot with all lead) including contractors own tools, labours etc complete. 8% shrinkage allowance shall be deducted from gross quantity. The removal of ballast shall be commenced with lifting of track under suitable speed restriction.

Laying and linking of MG /BG track in curve/straight over bridges and approaches with all type of rails and sleepers (Mixed gauge sleepres if requied ) with M+4 to M+7 density, drilling of holes etc. under traffic block and keeping the track parameters with in limits for safe passage of train as per direction of engineer in charge at site.

Supplying, fabrication & erection of all steel member as per IS 800-1984 & other relevent IS code for PF shelter/height guage comprising of welded trusses, purlin, bracing, post, girder, column, bearing plate, gusset plate etc. on raising level plateform & sheds including cost of cutting, leading etc. & cost of providing bolts,nuts, washer & welding where required with lead, lift, ascent/decent as per approved make & as per RDSO design including primming coat of red oxide of approved make or as per approved by engineer in charge and painting of two coat with synthetic / aluminium paint as a complete job including all taxes, lead, lift, ascent/decent, crossing of track as a complete job.

Providing 2nd,3rd(2 Nos) packing including proper Surfacing, aligning, Squaring of sleepers,gauging, Correction at Longitudinal and cross level, packing boxing & dressing of ballast as per latest CE circular & IRPW manual.(ammended upto date)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Plastic coated Designer Cement Concrete paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method, to attain superior smooth finish using PU or equivalent moulds, laid in required Grey/Yellow/Red or any other colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. all complete as per manufacturer’s specifications & direction of Engineer -in-Charge: 80 mm thick c.c. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Supply and lowering vent air pipe 63mm dia rigid PVC pipe(IS 4985) mark class II (4kg per cm2 ) with required all necessary fittings including perforation of 3 to 5 mm size all around the pipe at a distance of 180 to 220mm in zig zag fashion and making air vent at top complete as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish :20mm thick .

Construction of chamber in all type of soil with 230/300 mm thick masonry in CM 1:6 m 10 cm thick C.C. 1:5:10 in foundation, 20mm thick insider plaster in Cm 1:6, finished with floating neat cement, 50mm thick M-15 grade C.C. flooring , earthwork etc. complete as per design including disposal of surplus earth within a lead of 50 mtr. size 600×450mm depth upto 0.5M cement cover with frame
