Construction of embankment with approved Material obtained from borrow-pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to meet requirement of Table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land with lead upto 1 km as per MoRTH Specification : Clause No. 305.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:4:8 in sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trail length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonne vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per MoRTH specification : Clause No. 601, 112.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408 Using Concrete Mixer

Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking blocks of 80mm thick (M-30 Grade) manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibto perssed machine & full computerized automatic batching plant of class A-I as per BS: 6717-2001. The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compected sub base as defined. The work includes earth work in cutting of B/T road, cutting of WBM road and disposal of unserviceable Material with all leads & lifts and stacking of serviceable Material complete job is to be executed as per the instructions of Engineer-in- charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, lifts & taxes General specification of Blocks: 1. Shape : As specified by Engineer-in-charge. 2. Tensile splitting strength and breaking load as per BS : 6717-2001. 3. Colour : Grey cement natural colour 4. Variation in Dimension : Less than 1.6mm 5. Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete surfaces

Steel work in built up tubular trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete above plinth level upto 4.5 mtr height. Hot finished seamless type tubes.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whenever required.

Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Earth work in excavation over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5 Mtr. in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50m and with all lift disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed: All kinds of soil

Providing & laying mechanically mixed and vibrated Cement Concrete in foundation upto a depth of 1.5mtr, below ground level and 1.5mtr. above ground/bed level. [MoRTH Specification : Clause 1000/1700]. (a) Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size.

Repair to cement plaster in cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including removal of old plaster in regular shape and white or colour washing.

Decorative plaster work with spectrum textured coating as per approved colour and shade complete as per manufacturers specifications. PERKY-FINE TEXTURED- (Roller Finish) av. thickness 400 to 500 microns.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : for old work

Half brick circular tree guard in second class bricks, internal dia 1.25 mtrs and height 1.2 mtrs above ground and 0.2 mtres below ground, bottom two courses laid dry and top three courses in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) and the intermediate courses being in dry honey comb masonry, as per design, complete.

Edging with 2nd class bricks laid dry length wise including excavation refilling, consolidating with and packing and spreading nearby, the surplus earth within lead of 50 mtrs.

Making lawns, including ploughing and dragging with ‘Swagha’ (One man with a pair of bullocks), breaking of clods, removal of rubbish, dressing and supplying doob grass roots, and planting at 15cm apart, including supplying and spreading of farm-yard manure at the rate of 0.18 cum per 100 sqm

Digging of pits size 60x60x60 cms. Including removal of stones. Manuring applicable of insecticides & watering atleast 15 litre per plant after planting.

Supply of different varities of tree / shrubs / climbers according to height and age of the plant at site including loading/ unloading & transportation etc. complete : Different flowing plants 900 mm to 1500 mm.

Supply of different varieties of Bougainvillea in poly bags / earthen pots according to height growth & age of plant at site including loading. unloading & transportation etc. complete : Local variety of Boungainvillea 600 mm to 900 mm.

Supply of different varieties of Rose plants in polyetlene bags / earthen pots according to height. growth & age of the plant at site including loading, unloading & transportation etc. complete : Desi Rose / Root stock Plants / Ganganagri.

Providing and Fixing of Retro Reflectorised direction & place identification sign boards made out of retro reflective sheeting of micro prismatic grade conforming to IRC-67: 2012 & Type XI standards of ASTM D4956-09 specifications, fixed over 2mm thick Al / 4 mm thick ACP sheet supported with Back support frame of 35x35x5mm mild steel angle with areas not exceeding 0.9 sqm.
