Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per IRC:SP:49-2014

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane (125 micron), sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound including vaccume dewatering process, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing CC design mix grade M30

Providing and Erecting typical Citizens Information Board as per approved drawing & specification of MoRD, made of two MS Sheet of 1.6 mm thick each of size 900 mm × 750 mm stiffened by angle iron 25 mm ×25 mm × 3 mm all around the plate and plates fixed on frame of 75 mm dia pipe of 12 SWG sheet (vertical post 3050 m with angle holdfasts and horizontal member 900 mm) to be joined by 5 mm thick MS plate at 12 places (65 × 50 mm) duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade of block of 600 mm × 600 mm × 750 mm size below ground level as per enclosed drawings & as directed by Engineering - In-Charge. All MS will be stove enameled on both side, Lettering, figuring and border will be with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour etc. complete in all respect. All sections of framed post and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coat of epoxy paint as per drawing and as per MoRD specification.

Providing and fixing Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojana/ Mahatma Gandhi Rajya Sadak Yojana informatory sign board with logo for roads funded by State road fund having M.S. Definition plate of 1.60 mm thickness frame to steel hollow dsection of 75mm x 75mm, 2.5m long stove enamelled paint with hold fast including paint logo as per approved design and colours. The logo shall be made out of 1.6mm thick circular plate duly framed with MS angle 25x25x5 mm on back and fix on 1200mm x 150mm rectangular steel base plate 1.6mm thick, the base of circular shall be plain at the junction of base plate. The size of definition plate shall be 1500x600mm and embedding the posts by M-15 cement concrete block 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level including lettering / writing and painting etc. complete in all respect.as per MoRTH Specification Clause 801.

Supply of mandatory / regulatory reflective sign board fixed on 3 meter long Angle Iron of size 65x65x6 mm complete as per IRC-67-1977 made of 2 mm thick M.S. sheet stove enameled paint and reflective symbol. Comp. in all respect duly post painted in alternate band of Black/White synthetic enamel paint & hold fast at bottom Give way signs with definition plate size 30x20 cm 60 cm equilateral triangle
