Providing and applying white cement based putty over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping sandpapering and preparing surface smooth including necessaryrepairs to scratches by sandla/loi and all scaffolding (forcolour changing only)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour completeincluding all scaffolding as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work including prepartion of base with primer, putty, lippy etc complete in all respect. As per Item No. 4

Providing and fixing expanded grill made of aluminum as per designand drawing having members section of size 7.5mm x 6.0mm andopening of size 102mm x 99mm to aluminum window/vent withrequired screws, Y and H aluminium section (as per drawing) at theends and middle joints respectively complete in all respect as perdirection of engineer in charge Polyester Powder coating aluminum ( minimum thickness ofpowder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors ,windows, ventilators and partition with extruded built up standard tubular / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS :733 and IS :1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips ,or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gap. at junctions , at top ,bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium section shall be smooth ,rust free, straight ,mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle Aluminium snap beading for glazing /paneling , C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws Al. Tower bolt & Al. handle & Al. Aldrop etc.,all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer- in – charge .(Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately). Polyester Powder coating aluminum ( minimum thickness ofpowder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window,ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVS / neoprenegasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and thedirections of engineer-in-charge.(Cost of aluminium snapbeading shall be paid in basic item.)With float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness ( weight not lessthan 13.50 kg/sqm)

S&f fixed wire gauge of stainless steel of 14 mesh x 24 gauge to thealuminium window by Aluminium beading 20x3mm with suitablescrews not exceeding 150mm distance at all heights with all lead andlift with scafolding.

Providing and fixing curtain rods of 1.25 mm thick chromiumplated brass plate, with two chromium plated brass bracketsfixed with C.P. brass screws and wooden plugs, etc., wherevernecessary complete: 20 mm

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide Extra if square,rectangular hollow tubelar sections are used or grill made by flats only

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neatcement including cement slurry, making of lines or groove etccomplete but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc.complete.75mm thick with 20mm thick nominal size aggregate

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortarincluding stacking of serviceable material and disposal ofunserviceable material within 50 meter lead:For thickness of tiles 25mm to 40mm.

P & F 1st qualityVitrified Porcelain Polished tiles on floor,skirting and steps etc.in different sizes (thickness to bespecified by manufactuer) with water absortion less than0.08% and conforming to IS 15622 of approved make in allcolour and shade, laid with 20 mm thick CM 1 : 4 includinggrounting the joints with white cement and matching pigmentetc completesize 600 mm X 600 mm
