Supply of cautionary/warning refelective sign boards made out of 2mm thick M.S. sheet as per IRC - 67 (latest revision), stove enamelled and refelective symbol fixed on angle iron of size 65 x 65 x 6 mm of 3 m long.

Supply of direction and place identification sign boards made out of 2mm thick sheet framed to angle iron 40 x 40 x 5 mm and two vertical posts of angle size 65 x 65 x 6 mm, 3 m long with hold fasts, stove enamelled paint and reflective letters,numerals,symbols etc. complete of size :

Supply of Shevron sign of size 600x450 mm made out of aluminum sheet 2 mm thick both side with fixing provision on M.S. angle iron post 50x50x6 mm 3 M long screwed with stainless steel nut bolts of 8 mm dia, plate is covered by high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting and black reflective arrow, complete in all respect.

Supply of Cat's Eye made of aluminium alloy size 75 x 100 x 22 mm having 21 bi-convex lenses embedded in circular disk of ABS plastic on each side.

Supply of Mandatory / Regulatory retro reflective sign boards 60 cm dia made out of 2.0mm thick aluminium sheet face to be fully covered by white/ blue high intensity grade retro reflective sheeting with Red/white symbol, cut out or screen printed back ground with epoxy paint, complete confirming to MoRTH specifications CIause. 801 with angle iron post 65 x 65 x 6mm 3Mtr. long.

Supply of informatory / retro reflective sign board size 60 x 80 cm made out of 2.0 mm thick aluminum sheet face to be fully covered by white / blue high intensity grade retro reflective sheeting with Red/ white symbol, cut out or screen printed background with epoxy paint, complete confirming to MoRTH specifications clause 801 with angle iron post 65 x 65 x 6 mm, 3 Mtr. Long.

Supply of Retro-reflective sign boards size 1800x1200 mm made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet duly framed with 40 mm M.S. black tube (Medium Class) as per IS-1239 (Part-I) 1979 with Inner support of M.S. flat 12x3 mm whole structure is fixed with two supports each side 75 mm long and 40 mm M.S. black tube on two posts of 60 mm dia M.S. black tube (Medium class) as per 1239 (Part-I ) 1979 2.03 metre long each and also provision of hold fasts of M.S. bars 12 mm and 25 cm long two on each post. The sheet has to be stove enameled or epoxy painting one side and other side retro-reflective high intensity and black non reflective letter in non reflective sheet. The standard letters and numbrals have to be made as per IRC 30-1968 and the board shall be conformed to the MoRTH specifications clause. 801 Post and outer frame of board to be painted with black and white strips of synthetic enamel paint with black and white strips.

Installation of sign boards having the posts like mandantory, cautionary and informatory boards including excavation, fixing of posts in 300 mm dia. RCC hume pipe (IS marked) 1.20 m long, 75 cm embedded in ground, the in side of pipe shall be filled with cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 with semi-circular hump at top, the pipe shall be painted white with enamel paint including transportation etc. complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermo plastic compound inclusive of type-1 reflectorising glass beads as per table 800.9, 800.10 applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.5 mm and spread uniformlywith reflectorising glass beads type-2 in addition @ 250 gm/scm with a road marking machine as per IRC : 35 complete with traffic diversion arrangement as per MoRTH specification clause 803.4.

Painting of direction and place identifications of semi reflective sign boards as per IRC:67 M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape as per MORD specifications of required shade and colour. as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Supplying, hoisting and fixing in position overhead sign with a corrosion resistant 2mm thick aluminium alloy sheet with heigh intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting of encapsulated lens exclusive lettering, border and signs type with vertical and lateral clearance installed over a designed support system of aluminium alloy or galvonised steel trestles and trusses of sections and type as per structual design requirements and approved plans. As per MoRTH specifications : Clause 801 & 802. Aluminium alloy plate fixed with heigh intensity grade sheeting.

Construction of Speed Breaker of IRC standard having width of 3.70 M including cost of stone aggregate (50-25mm) size hire charges for roller for consolidation and compaction and other machines required for the work including cost of Bitumen
