Providing and applying primer coat over prepared surface or granular base with bitumen emulsion as per IS: 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 8.5 kg /10 sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures including cleaning of road surface as per MoRTH specification CIause- 502,112

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion on the prepared surface including cleaning as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2.75 kg /10sqm with a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification CI.503,112

Providing and laying bituminous macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate as per table 500 - 4, for base/binder course including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader and heating and mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen (including cost of antistripping compound wherever required) in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material in tipper to paver and laying mixed material with sensor paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling by power roller & vibratory compactor to achieve the desired density (as per job mix formula approved by the department )excluding cost of primer /tack coat [MoRTH Specification : Clause 504,112] with 3.30% bitumen with all lead..For grading-2 (layer thickness 50-75mm).using bitumen grade (VG-30)

Providing, laying & consolidation Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete as per Design Mix on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates (as per table 500 - 15) for wearing course including loading aggregates with F.E loader, heating aggregate and binder in Hot Mix Plant 40 - 60 TPH (including cost of anti- stripping compound wherever required ) and transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with paver finisher with Sensor to the required level, rolling with Vibratory Compactor or 150 to 250 KN pneumatic tyred roller with TP=0.7 MPa and power roller to achieve the desired density (as per approved job mix), but excluding primer/tack coat [MoRTH Specification Clause 508,112] with all lead 25 to 30 mm compacted thickness using 5% binder, grading-2 with lead of mix material 1 km b) With straight run bitumen grade VG-30

S & F in position precast R.C.C. stone (M-15 mix) of standard IRC design including finishing in cement sand mortar 1:3, painting with enamel paint, printing letters and numerals etc. complete (MoRTH specifications clause : 800).

Supply of Mandatory / Regulatory retro reflective sign boards 60 cm dia made out of 2.0mm thick aluminium sheet face to be fully covered by white/ blue high intensity grade retro reflective sheeting with Red/white symbol, cut out or screen printed back ground with epoxy paint, complete confirming to MoRTH specifications CIause. 801 with angle iron post 65 x 65 x 6mm 3Mtr. long.

Supply of direction and place identification sign boards made out of 2mm thick sheet framed to angle iron 40 x 40 x 5 mm and two vertical posts of angle size 65 x 65 x 6 mm, 3 m long with hold fasts, stove enamelled paint and reflective letters,numerals,symbols etc. complete of size : 900 x 600 mm

Installation of sign boards having the posts like mandantory, cautionary and informatory boards including excavation, fixing of posts in 300 mm dia. RCC hume pipe (IS marked) 1.20 m long, 75 cm embedded in ground, the in side of pipe shall be filled with cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 with semi-circular hump at top, the pipe shall be painted white with enamel paint including transportation etc. complete.

P& F Mukhya Mantri Sadak Yojana logo for roads funded by State road fund having M.S. Definition plate of 1.6mm thickness frame to steel hollow dsection of 75mm x 75mm, 2.5m long stove enamelled paint with hold fast including paint logo as per approved design and colours. The logo shall be made out of 1.6mm thick circular plate fix on 1200mm x 150mm rectangular steel base plate 1.6mm thick, the base of circular shall be plain at the junction of base plate. The size of definition plate shall be 1500x600mm and embedding the posts by M-15 mix C.C. block 300x300x600 mm including lettering / writing and painting etc. complete in all respect

Providing and fixing CAT’s eye made of aluminium alloy size 75x100x22mm having 21 biconvex lenses embedded in circular disk of AS plastic on each side on road surface complete including all material, labour, diversion.

Construction of un-reinforced, without Dowl Bar plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per MoRTH specification clause 602.
